摘要


因為時代的進步,因此電力產品的需求也日益增加,交換式電源轉換器由於具有輕巧及高效率的優點,所以受到很大的重視,轉換器的並聯使用可以提供電子設備高可靠度及大電流輸出的電源供給需求。因此本論文主要在研究多模組並聯的DC-DC升壓型轉換器,並且加入電流分配技術,以調控多模組的輸出電流,達到穩定的輸出電壓及大電流的電源供應。本論文中,多模組並聯型DC-DC轉換器的最大電流模組會控制輸出電壓,來達到穩壓的狀態,其他的模組做均流控制,將電流平均的分配至每一個模組中,使各模組的輸出功率平均化,以改善多模組供電的效率問題,能穩定的供應能源。先以數學模型驗證此均流方法為穩定的,藉由電路模擬驗證將負載電流平均分配為可行的,最後再實作中,使用此架構在輸出為變動負載的情況下,亦能達到穩壓以及均流的效果。

The requirements of power products are getting increasingly day by day. Due to lightly carrying capability and high efficiency, switching power supply gets much attention. It can provide electrical equipments with high reliability and high power efficiency. Hence, the main issue in our study is devoted to parallel DC-DC boost voltage converter with multi-modules. We develop current-sharing technique to regulate the output current of multi-module power converters. To achieve stable output voltage with large amount of current power, the largest current module of the parallel multi-module DC-DC converter will regulate its own output voltage at the prescribed voltage value. And other modules are subjected to current-sharing control. Then, the overall current can be divided averagely to each module. The mathematical analysis and the design of control gains are demonstrated in the thesis. The Lyapunov stability method and LMI tool box are applied here. Then, by using circuit simulation, we demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed load-sharing technique. Finally in implementation, a three-module boost converter is carried out to show that the load-sharing feature is automatically achieved, whereas as the high power efficiency is proven.
