二乙烯三胺與三甘醇複合膜片之二氧化碳篩選研究

摘要


我國二氧化碳排放量已經超過2億7千萬噸,居於世界第22位,每年人平均排放量約12.4公噸,也遠超過全世界年人平均排放量3.98公噸,將來將會面臨越來越大的國際壓力,因此必須即早進行相關二氧化碳減量技術之開發研究。 本論文是利用胺類會吸附與脫附二氧化碳的性質,測試不同濃度及不同種胺類與三甘醇混合塗布在親水改質之鐵氟龍膜片,再以微孔性鐵氟龍膜片與不織布鐵氟龍複合膜片作上下夾層製成之二氧化碳篩選膜片。 親水膜之鐵氟龍膜片則以冷場發射掃描式電子顯微鏡,確認親水改質前後膜片的差異,而二氧化碳篩選膜片則以紅外光二氧化碳偵測儀及氣相層析-微熱導偵測儀進行二氧化碳濃度偵測,結果顯示二乙烯三胺與三甘醇複合膜片(面積約五十平方公分)具有增加二氧化碳濃度約30ppm之篩選效果。

The annual CO2 emission by Taiwan was about 270 million metric tons, ranked as the 22nd in the world. The CO2 emission per capita was 12.4 metric tons, higher than the global capita 3.98 metric tons. A high pressure for reducing CO2 emission should come in the future. In a consequence, an attention should be paid to impacts of reduced annual CO2 emission on development of technology. The membrane consists of a thin diethylenetriamine (DETA) / triethyleneglycol (TEG) liquid-supporting membrane layer sandwiched between microporous Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and PTFE-textile complex membrane. The characters of membrane were analyzed by Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM), CO2 transmitters and Gas Chromatography micro Thermo-Conductor Detector (GC-μTCD) for the real evaluations. The results show that the CO2 concentration was increased about 30 ppm through the membrane area 50 cm2 (5 cm × 10 cm ).
