凹版印刷是工業界常用的印刷術之一,具有製程簡單、印刷成品解析度高。色域相較其他印刷方式較廣;同時透過印板的網穴擴大,可以印出顏色有層次感、鮮豔的效果,現今許多印刷成品都是以凹版印刷為主。 本篇論文從生產線上印刷成品的異常分析為起點,接著從異常現象的分析結果中得出了凹版印刷成品的優劣與油墨品質息息相關。接著進一步進行油墨的鑑定分析,更深入了解製作油墨的過程。再由油墨分析的結果中,嘗試著以分析結果編寫配方,實際製作出油墨進行試印刷。在這過程中發現到印刷成品的成色好壞,與顏料的品質、種類是一致的,同時也了解到油墨呈色的基礎原理。藉由挑選三種不同的原料,對於印刷成品的色相進行測量以及分析。 由油墨製作過程中發現油墨的穩定性、分散性,在油墨配方中的分散助劑是一個關鍵,進而研究了油墨的穩定性、分散劑穩定油墨的原理,依此挑出適合在凹版印刷上使用的分散劑。綜合以上研究,推廣到產線上的加工製程,可達到印刷成品的品質提升以及節省生產成本的結果
In industry, most of factories use Gravure printing. Therefore, the ink quality plays a very important role. This study was based on product failures in a production line. The quality of ink effects in the Gravure process was studied by reverse identification of inks. Also, three different Titanium oxides were used to make ink. to understanding ink’s physical properties and chemical properties. Finally, the results of study were used to advance IQC standards and to improve product quality. Furthermore the stability of ink was studied by addition of dispersants to understand ink’s stability and dispersion principle. Proper dispersion agents used in the gravure printing process were selected. The results of the study can be applied to the mass production line to improve printing quality and achieve cost savings
