實作客戶端設備廣域網路管理傳輸協定與裝置數據模組

由於網際網路在近年廣泛的發展下，電信商在相互競爭的狀況下，不止要提高網路品質，如何能即時線上維護客戶端設備，亦成為產品售後服務重要的一環；而面對家庭網路環境越來越為複雜的狀況下，如何能夠快速有效管理家庭異質網路，已成為電信商重要的研究課題。因此本論文將實作客戶端設備(Customer Premise Equipment - CPE)廣域網路(Wide Area Network - WAN)管理的通訊協定(CPE WAN Management Protocol - CWMP)，CWMP是一個具有整合性的管理介面，且能能夠遠端管理終端設備(CPE)的通訊協定，讓新的服務更容易新增於客戶端的網路終端設備(CPE)中，亦能夠透過廣域網路由遠端來管理掌握目前平台的運作狀況，協助使用者故障排除。過去有許多網路管理協定，如簡單網路管理協議(Simple Network Management Protocol - SNMP)、遠端登入協議(Telnet)、安全性登入協議(SSH)，本研究發現CWMP通訊協定是最適合被用來管理家庭網路的客戶端家用閘道器(Home Gateway)，家用閘道器只要利用定義完整資料模型，便可與電信商的自動組態伺服器(Auto-Configuration Server - ACS)作資料交換，所以本研究就針對實作CWMP通訊協定應用程式，並且架構於資料模型(TR-181 Data Model)上，利用OpenACS驗證其功能，並透過擷取封包軟體取樣分析，以證明此實作的應用程式具有良好的穩定性與效能，另一方面本文利用GetParameterValues 遠端呼叫程序(Remote Procedure Call RPC)改善Upload RPC效能，在特定環境下能提升40倍的速度。

In recent years, the networks develop rapidly. Internet Service Provider(ISP) must provide high quality Internet and start think how to satisfy market demand. There are many service and appliance appearing in the digital home, the management efficiency and speed very important. CPE WAN Management Protocol(CWMP) have conformity of interface, it can be remote management CPE(customer premises equipment), update new services easily, used internet remote monitor CPE status and it remote help user troubleshooting.There are many remote management protocols include Simple Network Management Protocol(SNMP)、Telnet、SSH, and comparing these protocol, we found out the CWMP the most suitable using to remote management Home Gateway, if Home Gateway use Data Model, it can connect Internet Service Provider(ISP) Auto-Configuration Server(ACS), and then it use immediate service with excluded error and application update.In this master's thesis we implement and design application that abide by CWMP rule, and the application is based on TR-181 Data Model, we use OpenACS and wireshark tool capture packets moreover analysis data and measured its performance. The experimental results demonstrated that the implement CWMP application not only have great stability but also provide high performance.
