本研究旨在探討先驗知識如何影響創業動機進而影響創業績效,研究方法採用問卷調查法,研究對象為新北市地區以國中為招生對象的補習班創業者,共抽取404家,獲得有效問卷134份,有效回收率33.16%。統計方法為描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、相關分析、簡單迴歸及階層迴歸,研究結論如下:先驗知識與創業績效、先驗知識與創業動機及創業動機與創業績效皆具有顯著正向影響,且創業動機對先驗知識與創業績效之關係具有中介效果。因此,本研究建議有志在新北市開設文理補習班的創業者,在創業前應對此行業具有相關的先驗知識,並熟悉該領域的專業知識、技能、資訊等,再加上強烈的創業動機,如此創業績效將可能大幅提升。
The study aimed at exploring how the prior knowledge affected entrepreneurial motivation and even further influenced entrepreneurial performance accordingly. The Questionnaire Survey Method was used for the study. Subjects in this study were cram school entrepreneurs in New Taipei City, who targeted and catered to the needs of high school students. There were 404 questionnaires sent out but only 134 received back. The effective return ratio is 33.16%. The statistical methods involved are descriptive statistics analysis, one-samples test, Pearson’s correlation, simple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The conclusion is as follows: All of the covered factors, i.e., prior knowledge and entrepreneurial performance, prior knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation, as well as entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance, have positive impacts on one another. Moreover, entrepreneurial motivation has a significant mediating effect on prior knowledge and entrepreneurial performance. Therefore, this study suggests that aspiring entrepreneurs who will establish cram school in New Taipei city should be equipped with relevant prior knowledge before starting a business, in addition to the necessary expertise, skills and information. With a strong entrepreneurial motivation, the performance of promising entrepreneurs will be greatly strengthened.
