體驗劇本設計工作營之產學合作模式 -以吉而好公司為例

摘要


產學合作的契機,已成為台灣中小企業在面臨全球化潮流的經濟環境下,可以尋求學術界的資源以達到雙贏局面的合作模式。本研究藉由實際案例的產學合作設計專案執行程序,將體驗劇本設計工作營導入其中。對於產學合作的程序規劃作為執行此研究假設的方向,再經由專案的執行過程的參與發現,與最後對於企業主團隊與學生的訪談調查結果,去修正出最後符合產業界所需的產學合作設計案程序規劃。 研究成果經由前導研究發現,將修正後的結果作為此設計專案的工作營執行依據,再透過產學合作案整個流程實際的參與觀察、與流程執行結束後以訪談問卷調查方式的研究過程,探討導入體驗劇本設計工作營之產學合作執行模式的成效與影響。並分析參與學員在整個流程的執行,對於每個階段規劃其設計思維轉化的影響為何。本研究之研究成果有以下三點:(一) 提供產學合作模式以體驗劇本設計工作營導入的執行程序。(二) 產學合作專案導入專家參與的執行模式準則於產學合作設計專案中產出符合企業界認同的成效,為產學雙方帶來更多的合作效益。

The moment of industry and university collaboration, as Taiwan’s industry facing up globalization economical-environment, the way is that to integrate the resource of university and to maximize the mutual benefit. The study derived from a case study of the industry and university design project, and bring the experiential scence design (ESD) into that. The hypothetic direction of research design is the process formulation of this project. Through participant observation of the executive process, results of the interview and survey sheet after project run down to refine the optimal collaborative- mode accord with requests of Taiwan’s industry. There results of this research report derived from the pilot research using action research method and the executive guidelines base on the revised results, then execution from the participant observation this project, the interviews and survey sheets as the project finished, investigating the effects and outcomes of using ESD into industry and university collaborative design project, and using participant observation method to find out the effects of designers motivations from per stage of project. The primary findings of this study include: 1) Offering a executive mode of using ESD into industry and university collaborative design project. 2) Constructing a guidelines of executive process for experts concerned mode into the industry and university collaborative project. The establishment of this set of using ESD into the industry and university collaborative mode to allow both sides between industry and university to adopt the suitable mode on achieving the best performance of design project cooperation.
