我國汽車板金技師專業能力指標建構之研究

摘要

本研究探討汽車板金技師具備的工作特質與能力，希望借此了解業界板金技術需求及未來趨勢，進而發展汽車板金技師專業能力內涵，預期所獲得的能力內涵，將對汽車板金工作及能力本位相關的學術研究、技能檢定規範修訂及教育訓練有所貢獻，進而引領學校發展校本課程。
研究首先探討汽車板金業現況和應具備之能力，其次蒐集國內有關汽車板金能力相關文獻，針對工作分析方法、能力標準架構等，進行文獻探討，以獲得汽車板金技師專業能力分析基本架構之初稿。再透過專家審查，並於專家會議中獲得詳細之能力指標問卷，且藉由德懷術調查，獲得汽車板金技師專業能力指標。
本研究獲得結果如下：
我國汽車板金技師專業能力指標分別為：機具設備選用及維護能力、零配件拆裝能力、焊接及接合能力、板面整修能力、板件替換能力、車身結構校正能力、品質控制能力及工廠安全維護能力等8大能力層面，以及19個能力向度和80項能力項目。

This study aims to investigate work characteristics and competencies of autobody technicians, hoping to gain an insight into the need and the future trend of the autobody industry and to further develop the professional competence of autobody technicians. In addition, the findings contribute to competency-based research on autobody profession, revision of norms for skill tests, educational training, and development of school-based curriculum.
In this study, the current situation and the required competences in autobody industry were investigated. Literature was reviewed in terms of work analysis and competency standards, in order to construct the frameworks for the analysis of the professional competence of autobody technicians. On the basis of the theoretical framework and through examination of the expert committee, the questionnaire on the professional competence of autobody technicians was devised. Furthermore, Delphi technique was adopted to obtain the items of indicators.
The findings of this study are as follows: the indicators of the professional competence of autobody technician in R.O.C. include eight aspects: the competence of machinery and equipment selection and maintenance, parts disassembly, welding and bonding, board repair, sheet metal replacement, correcting body structure, quality control, and plant safety. Others include nineteen competence indicators and eighty competence dimensions.
