具移床功能之坐臥式輪椅的概念設計

摘要

對於長期臥病在床且行動不便的病患，由於沒有自主性行動的能力，要移動到輪椅上時，必須藉由護理人員或是家屬的幫忙，往往既費時又費力。而目前大多數的輪椅，並不具備有移床功能。因此，本文提出一種兼具移床功能之坐臥式輪椅的創新機構設計，讓護理人員或是家屬在移動病患的時候更為方便，不僅能省時又可以省力。
此設計包含四大部分：平移機構、傾躺機構、升降機構與收摺機構，而收摺部分乃本設計最大特色。藉由此坐臥式輪椅的收摺，能夠讓使用者之家屬更為方便攜帶，不再侷限於醫院內使用。

For those who are handicapped in walking or those who are chronically lying on bed, they don’t have the ability to move independently. Therefore, it takes effort and time to move them from bed to wheelchair by nurse or helper. The current wheelchairs do not provide such function of transferring patient from/to bed to/from wheelchair. This thesis presents a novel mechanism design of sitting-lying wheelchair with the function of transferring user from/to bed to ease the burden of nurse or helper. It is able to reduce the required manpower for hospital and achieve time-saving and labor-saving via this device.
This novel design mainly includes four parts: translating mechanism, leaning-lying mechanism, elevating mechanism and folding mechanism. The folding characteristics is the main feature of this design which makes easier for helper to carry outside the hospital or home to use it.
