應用智慧型手機於萃智(TRIZ)行動化管理系統之建置

摘要

隨著全球競爭的加劇，企業的創新速度也在不斷的加快，且企業越來越把注意力集中到影響其業績的知識資產上，有鑑於此，本論文提出使用萃智(TRIZ)管理理論的知識庫來滿足企業快速創新的需求，而萃智管理理論的知識庫是建立在人類的創新經驗和大量的專利基礎上，是專門研究創新和概念設計的理論，以建立了一系列的具普遍適應性，以幫助決策者快速獲得滿意解的解決問題方法，萃智管理是一套較系統化的方法，透過以往經驗求解，可以掃除心理慣性，擴展知識領域，更能準確的定義問題並提供創新思維的想法。
近幾年智慧型手機的行動性有非常大的突破性的發展，智慧型手機所帶來的行動化將會無所不在，善加利用此新興的科技，將會帶來許多的優勢及機會，以企業使用智慧型手機的行動化為例，即其企業行動化的好處為能廣泛體現在企業對員工(B2E)、企業對企業(B2B) 及企業對消費者(B2C)等領域。因此企業行動化可以提高組織的生產力、實現物流作業最佳化、增強客戶關係，以及簡化供應鏈管理。
本研究將萃智融入於智慧型手機中，結合了智慧型手機的行動化與萃智創新管理的概念，研發出一套應用程式能提供智慧型手機使用者，當遇到管理上的異常和危機時，不論時間和地點的限制，只要透過智慧型手機就能隨時隨地得到萃智管理創新解決方法，且不管是長期管理的方向、中期管理的決策和短期管理的即時性，都能透過智慧型手機，有系統地得出管理的方向及依據，本論文分別舉出單一和矛盾的管理問題，透過此管理系統的行動化管理，得到管理問題的思考及突破性的解決方法。

As global competition intensifies, the enterprise rate of innovation is accelerating. Companies focus on affecting the performance of knowledge assets. The study proposes Knowledge base of TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) theory needs to support the rapid innovation of enterprises. Knowledge base of TRIZ theory is built on human innovation experience and a large number of patents on the basis. The TRIZ theory is specialized in innovative and conceptual design. Help decision-makers to be problem-solving method. TRIZ management is a more systematic approach. Through past experience solving to eliminate the psychological inertia, extended field of knowledge, more accurately define the problem and provide the innovative thinking of ideas.
In recent years, the mobility of the smart-phone has a very big breakthrough in the development. Mobility of smart phone will be ubiquitous. Make good use of this emerging technology, will bring many advantages and opportunities. For example, Enterprise use of the mobility of the smart-phone. Enterprise Mobility benefits can be widely reflected in the business-to-employees (B2E), business-to-business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) and other areas. Enterprise Mobility can improve your organization's productivity, optimize logistics operations, strengthen customer relationships and streamline supply chain management.
In this study, TRIZ incorporated into a smart phone. TRIZ integrate mobility in smart-phone, and provide an application for smart-phone’s user. When faced with abnormal and crisis management. When encountered the problem in management. Through smart phone will be able to get anywhere TRIZ innovation solutions.
