三元觸媒轉化器及含氧感知器老化監測

摘要


因應法規之規範,車輛應裝載OBD系統監測會造成汙染之相關元件,以提醒駕駛者進廠維修及更換,減少廢氣對於環境的傷害。透過國內外文獻探討,可得知窄域含氧感知器應用於監測三元觸媒轉化效率相當廣泛,本論文於實車上現有的感知器發展一套監測三元觸媒轉化器及含氧感知器診斷策略。 本研究在實車上應用旁通閥的方式,將觸媒轉化器前端的部分廢氣引導到觸媒轉化器後端並與經過觸媒轉化器的廢氣混合,呈現不同轉化效率下的觸媒轉化器。量取不同轉化效率下的前、後含氧感知器所輸出的訊號進行實驗數據分析,並先行運算含氧感知器的訊號平均振幅值,將訊號振幅計算出的劣化指數應用標準差概念觀察不同轉化效率下劣化指數散落分佈的區域,最後建立三元觸媒轉化器診斷策略及監測門檻值。含氧感知器策略發展,先行紀錄實車上的含氧感知器原始訊號,並將實車所量測到的訊號經由Matlab/Simulink所自行建立的訊號老化控制器上,模擬含氧感知器訊號輸出反應緩慢之故障現象,作為含氧感知器故障基準最後並驗證含氧感知器訊號反應監測策略,而含氧感知器迴路連續性的故障將製造線路斷路、短路之故障現象來驗證監測策略。將Matlab/Simulink平台上發展一套監測策略並將策略燒錄至Woodward Motohawk Control Soultion硬體控制器於實車上驗證,結果由MotoTune調校介面得知當給予三元觸媒轉化器老化及含氧感知器故障時監測策略能診斷出故障現象發生

In response to norms and regulations, the vehicle OBD system shall monitor the load will cause pollution related components to remind motorists into the plant repair and replacement, reduction of emissions for environmental damage. Though discuss literature, can know the narrow domain oxygen sensor. used to monitor a wide range of three-way catalytic conversion efficiency, this thesis to the real car existing sensors to monitor the development of a three-way catalytic converter and oxygen- perceptron diagnostic strategy. The present paper application in the real car will be part of the exhaust bypass valve catalytic converter to the front of the boot and the rear end of the catalytic converter and the exhaust gas through the catalytic converter mixed, showing catalytic converter conversion efficiency under different, measure conversion efficiency under different front and rear oxygen sensor output signals experimental data analysis, and the establishment of three-way catalytic converter threshold diagnostic strategies, and finally to develop a monitoring strategy in Matlab / Simulink strategy burn to Woodward Motohawk Control Soultion verified on real hardware controller board. Oxygen sensor strategic development, first record real normal car oxygen sensor signal and the measured actual vehicle to signal via the Matlab/ Simulink to create your own modules that simulate the phenomenon of signal failure, as with oxygen sensor fault benchmark and verify oxygen sensor monitoring strategy
