巷道鋪面銑鋪選擇機制-以北投區公所為例

摘要

目前台北市區公所辦理道路維護工程範圍係屬於路寬8公尺以下之道路，一般區公所因人員配置因素，道路養護工程重擔仍落在少數工程人員上，先前作業方式多以人工及紙本為主，導致工作繁重且效率低落，進而影響整體道路維護工程之品質與進度。為此，將以往道路巡查通報過程及結果，透過資訊化建立成具有客觀數據化之資料庫，除可取代部分人工作業，增加整體工作效率，更可以將銑鋪選擇及養護工法機制化，藉此有效維護道路品質。本論文以相關文獻為基礎，探討區公所有關道路養護之業務，進行資料庫重組與關連性，希望提出之巷道養護管理之問題與對策及銑鋪機制之具體建議，除能提昇道路服務品質外，並可提供未來相關績效管理研究之參考。

The coverage of road maintenance constructions implemented by Taipei City’s district offices currently was only for roads with a width smaller than eight meters. Due to unbalanced staff assignments in general district offices, the duty of executing road maintenance constructions relied on merely a few engineering officers. Present operations were majorly based on manual work and paper documents, which caused more and heavier work as well as lower efficiency. This further influenced the overall quality and progress of road maintenance constructions.
Consequently, if all road inspection reporting procedures and results were all transformed and built into an objective digital database through information technology, this could not only replace parts of manual operations to enhance overall execution efficiency, but also systemize methods of selecting suitable pavements and methods of maintaining roads to effectively retain road quality.
This thesis was based on related articles and documents to investigate district offices’ related duties on road maintenance; also, by rearranging database and finding relevance, it was hoped to find concrete suggestions on street and road maintenance management issues and solutions as well as on pavement selection mechanism. Those suggestions could not only enhance road service quality, but also offer a reference for future research on associated performance management.
