探討智慧型手機應用程式之行動價值與信任對行為意向之影響-以台灣高鐵為例

摘要


現今智慧型手機以及行動上網的普及率高,其應用軟體商店帶動全球在行動裝置應用程式的新形態經營模式,使得智慧型手機帶動了新的價值模式。行動應用程式服務的一個特點,就是整個服務並不在使用者的電腦上執行,而是在智慧型手機以及行動網路所搭載的環境中運行,此特點給智慧型手機持有者即時、方便的訊息及商務。台灣高速鐵路股份有限公司開發之行動應用程式,被智慧型手機持有者下載、使用,本研究以此做為研究之例子。 本研究根據科技接受模式的架構,並結合信任與行動價值兩項構念探討國人對於採用行動應用程式的行為意向。本研究以科技接受模式為架構,從手機購票品質的觀念出發,以介面設計、顧客服務、隱私/安全及購票經驗四構面來探討,並以信任及行動價值作為中介變數,探討是否透過信任及行動價值,進而影響行為意向。本研究之研究方式採驗證性方法,問卷調查方式進行,研究對象以使用過台灣高鐵智慧型手機應用程式之使用者為主,分別回收270份有效樣本數,並使用SPSS與AMOS統計軟體進行實證分析,結果發現理論模式適配情形良好,證實手機購票品質會透過信任及行動價值,進而影響使用者的行為意向。

Multi-function and smart phone has become mainstream and been increased dramatically in mobile phone market. And the Application store provides the new model of value. The service characteristic of mobile application service is it can use in the mobile internet. Taiwan High Speed Rail realeased T Express application. It have had many users now. We use it as our study case. This study uses four aspects among, mobile tickting quality, including interface design, customer service, privacy and booking experiment transparency of information and cooperation as independent variables. And then we discussed whether advocacy enhance User Satisfaction through mobile value. This is an Empirical study. We distribute questionnaires who ever used T Express application. This paper recouped 270 questionnaires to analyze it with AMOS. The result show that Mobile Ticketing Quality and Behavior Intention have positive relationship through trust and mobile value.
