資訊系統整合商評選模式之研究

全球化經濟的崛起，企業對於資訊系統之需求日益增加。資訊系統主要由硬體與軟體此兩大部分所組成，在硬體方面，其供應商大多以國外資訊大廠為主，如：Cisco、HP…等廠商。這些國外大廠為了專注於品牌經營及產品的研發，大都採用經銷模式與當地資訊系統整合商(System Integrator)合作擴大市占率。國外大廠多採用複式代理的方式，將產品代理給適當數量，素質良好的SI，許多企業顧客對於資訊系統的品牌產生偏好，造成SI必須得到新產品代理權來增加營收，有必要瞭解國外資訊大廠在評選資訊系統整合商的評選要素為何。因此本研究應用層及分析法，提出資訊系統整合商的評選模式，以探討國外資訊大廠評選素質良好的SI應具備哪些要素。文中，首先綜合合作夥伴評選之相關文獻並作專家訪談，建立出資訊系統整合商評選模式，此模式包含4個主構面與22項因子指標。在詢問專家意見後發現，其中以「公司能力與知識層面」此因素最為重要；而要因評估指標中以「技術與資源的互補」最為重要。

The rise of the global economy, information systems demands are increasing. Most of Information system consists of hardware and software, in terms of hardware, its suppliers based largely on information from overseas manufacturers, such as: Cisco, HP ... and others. These foreign manufacturers selling their products to different parts of the world, are used with the cooperation of local IT system integrator (System Integrator) approach. However, most overseas manufacture adopt hybrid type agent, products act as agent for good SI. And many enterprises also prefer brandy information system make the SI have to realize what factors do IT brand suppliers to select the SI. In this study, we use AHP theory to present an information system integrator selection model, this model will explore which elements should SI have. In this thesis, first we comprehensive selection of partners for literature and expert interviews, then establishment of the integrated information system selection model, in this model includes four main dimensions and 22 factor indicators. After inquiry Experts we found, "ability and knowledge levels of the company" this factor is the most important; and the part of indicators "complementary technology and resources" is the most important.
