在台灣公路上,大客車為主要高乘載之交通工具。近年來,在政府大力推動搭乘大眾運輸工具政策下,國道客運、市區公車的產量急速增加。由於台灣業者,為了節省成本,多半向國外單獨購買底盤,車體部分則由台灣車體打造廠業者,自行設計打造。然而由車體廠自行打造車體而架裝完成的大客車,往往在組裝完成後容易產生振動與噪音的問題。本文依序對大客車底盤、架裝車體與整車做振動模態分析,經由學理上的演算分析,得到大客車結構的設計與振動分析的相關資料。 本研究使用電腦輔助工程分析(CAE),有限元素法來建構模型。首先使用電腦輔助設計軟體(Solid Works)來建立大客車底盤及車體模型,接著使用ESI GROUP - Visual Environment與Visual Performance有限元素分析軟體進行模擬分析,分別透過大客車底盤、車體及整車來做振動模態分析,得到其頻率與模態,由三者之頻率與模態,來做比較與車體加強。本論文的研究結果,能夠提供車體打造廠車體打造的參考依據。
Bus can carry the most passengers in Taiwan transportation. In recent years, the government promotes its policy of taking public transportation, and bus, city bus rapid increase in production. In Taiwan, bus bottoms are usually imported by the manufacturers, and the bus bodies are manufactured by local. However, the bus bodies manufactured by local, once welded on bus, will have some vibration and noise problems. That is worthy to study. This paper is using “Computer Aided Engineering” by Finite element method to create model. In the beginning, I use Solid Works software to build bus chassis and bus body model, then using ESI GROUP - Visual Environment and Visual Performance software to proceed to the analysis. The analysis of the vibration mode is through the bus chassis, bus body and the whole structure of the bus to get its frequency and amplitude. Through its frequency and amplitude, it can be compared to reinforce the bus. This kind of research can provide a reference for manufacturers.
