數位全像術在二維形變量測之應用

摘要


為了達到同步雙維位移量測之目標,在本研究首先提出以數位全像術來量測受測體之(V,W) 位移場。光學架設是在y-z平面上,架設對稱雙物光及參考光;受測體變形前拍攝兩張全像片,變形後再拍攝兩張;利用這四張全像片的重建相位,即可推算(V,W)位移場。 本研究實際完成了該架設,並以它測量試片鋼體位移及形變,結果驗證了該架設的正確性與實用性。

To enlarge the applicability of digital holography, this research first employs digital holography to detect V and W displacements of a sample simultaneously. The optical setup which contains two objects is placed on the y-z plane, waves and a reference wave, and it takes two holograms before sample deformation and two more holograms after sample deformation. By using the four phase maps reconstructed from the four holograms, the V and W displacements can then be extracted. This research has completed the construction of the setup, and it was carried to examine the rigid body motion and deformation of a sample. The results agree the validity and feasibility of the set up.
