臺灣技職教育轉型的專業能力分析-以建築系為例

Professional Competency Analysis of the Transformation of Taiwan’s Technical and Vocational Education Using the Department of Architecture as an example

摘要


本研究目的旨在瞭解我國技職教育建築系學生應具備的專業能力項目及探討各項專業能力項目間之「現在重要」程度及「未來需求」程度。本研究採量化研究,以問卷針對建築師及建築系專任教師進行調查,共計回收180份有效問卷;再以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析考驗各項專業能力之項目程度、時間尺度、重視次序的差異。根據研究結果建構17項符合國內高等技職教育建築系學生應需具備的專業能力項目並獲致以下結論:專業能力的項目程度在現在與未來對於技能層面較認知及情意層面低;且會因學界與業界的看法及是否兼任教職、任教職稱、任教學制、工作年資、工作區域的不同而有所差異。另建築設計能力仍為目前建築培育之人才所重視的核心能力,亦為未來必需的學習範疇,最後重視將設計概念轉化實體建築之能力及應以資訊化、永續化、專業化等議題為首。

This study aimed to understand the professional competencies domestic technical and vocational school students should acquire the current importance of each kind of competency, and the future demand for each. A questionnaire survey was administered to licensed architects and teachers in the department of architecture. A total of 180 valid responses were obtained through the survey. The collected data were further analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA to discover differences in degree, time scale, and importance ranking among the competencies. Subjects judged that 17 professional competencies are necessary. Those in the technical and emotional aspects were judged to be less important. Competency in architectural design was judged to be the core ability for architectural professionals. Other primary focuses included the ability to convert design concepts into physical architecture, issues related to electronic processing, sustainable development, and professionalism. The weights given to different competencies varied among academic and practicing professionals.
