基於視覺式多點觸控系統之使用者觸控模式分析

摘要


目前衛生教育的宣導,僅以紙張宣傳或螢幕看板播放衛生教育宣傳影片做宣導動作。但民眾索取宣傳紙張後往往匆匆一撇便隨意丟棄,若藉由螢幕看板來播放衛生教育宣導影片,民眾往往只會走馬看花,並不瞭解影片所要介紹的內容。有鑑於此,本研究設計一套操作簡便的多點觸控平台展示系統,利用人類直覺式的操作方式達到人機互動的效果,縮短使用者與資訊科技之間的距離。此多點觸控平台展示衛生教育宣導之相關文宣、圖片、影片及遊戲,當使用者瀏覽宣導圖片、影片時,可依據個人習慣將圖片或影片放大、縮小或旋轉。此外,本研究包含一套身心健康篩檢量表之問卷系統,民眾透過個人無線射頻辨識標籤登入系統後,可依據個人自身健康狀況或日常生活感受填寫問卷資料,藉由問卷分析結果讓民眾更瞭解目前自我身心狀況。系統後端會記錄每位使用者的作答情形,將蒐集到的數據進行關聯式資料探勘,本研究根據分數級距、最小支持度及最低信心水準,可以立即發現不同使用者問卷結果,其中隱含與不易被察覺的關聯性。此外,本研究比較各種基於視覺式多點觸控技術,該技術藉由網路型攝影機擷取觸碰資訊,並探討其中兩種最為廣泛運用之技術:受抑全內反射多點觸控技術及背面散射光多點觸控技術。

Sanitary education guidance is always guided by pamphlet or by playing propaganda video on screen wall. But the pamphlets are usually glanced and then thrown away. By playing propaganda video on screen wall, the public usually looks at flowers while riding on horseback, not understand the whole video contents. In view of these problems, this stydy designed an easy to operate multi-touch display system that includes multi-touch table and screen projection. Using intuitive operation method to approach the effect of human-computer interaction, and shorten the gap of user and information technology. The proposed multi-touch system shows propagandas, images, videos and games about sanitary education guidance. According to the habits of users, they can enlarge, condense, drag or rotate images/videos by their finger(s). Furthermore, they system provides a physical and mental health questionnaire scale, user could use RFID card to login, fill out the questionnaire based on daily life. People could understand themselves through the results of this questionnaire. Back-end database records the answer situation of each user and find out the association rules. According to grade intervals, minimum support, and minimum confidence to find out the imply relationships between different users. In addition, this study compares various multi-touch technologies based on “vision-style,” which obtains various touching information captured by webcams. This study also confers two of the most widespread utilization technology: frustrated total internal reflection multi-touch technology and rear diffused illumination multi-touch technology.
