本研究旨在瞭解高職校長領導行為與學校行政執行力之現況與關係,探討不同背景變項之高職教師,在知覺校長領導行為與學校行政執行力之差異情形,並分析校長領導行為與不同背景變項對學校行政執行力之預測力。 本研究採問卷調查法,依學校位置、學校屬性進行分層比例叢集抽樣,選取30所學校,592位教師為樣本。以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé事後比較分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步廻歸等統計分析,得以下結論: 一、高職校長領導行為各層面與學校行政執行力之現況皆達尚可。 二、高職校長較傾向倡導領導行為,傾向關懷領導行為者較少。 三、高職學校行政執行力的表現以銜接流程較高,人員流程較低。 四、高職教師對校長領導行為與學校行政執行力的知覺,因不同學校規模、學校位置、校長服務本校年資、教師職務而有顯著差異。 五、不同學校歷史、學校屬性、任教科目教師,在知覺校長領導行為及學校行政執行力層面有顯著差異。 六、高職校長領導行為與學校行政執行力有顯著正相關。 七、高職校長領導行為能有效預測學校行政執行力。 八、高職學校僅部分背景變項能有效預測學校行政執行力。
The main purpose of this study was to examine the status and relationship between the vocational high school principal leadership style and school administrative execution. In addition, the study was aimed at exploring whether teachers of different backgrounds will show significant differences in their perceptions of the principal’s leadership style and school administrative execution. Finally, the researcher explored whether teachers of different backgrounds and principal leadership style can predict the effect of school administrative execution. The study adopted the questionnaire survey method. Stratified cluster sampling was employed to select 30 schools on the basis of school property and locations. The total subjects were 592 . The data collected was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé multiple comparisons, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The degree of principal’s leadership style and school administrative execution were at upper middle levels. 2.The initiating structure leadership styles got the highest scores, while the consideration leadership the lowest. 3. The engaged process of vocational school administrative execution process got the highest score, while the people process the lowest. 4. Teachers of different size of the school, school locations, principals’ seniority, and teachers’ position showed significant differences in principal leadership style and school administrative execution. 5. Teachers of different school histories, school property, and teaching subjects showed differences in the perceptions of the principal leadership style and school administrative execution in vocational high schools. 6. High significant positive relationships existed between principal’s leadership style and school administrative execution. 7. The vocational high school principal leadership style has highly predict to school administrative execution, and 8. Only several variables of school backgrounds could predict school administrative execution.
