Trade and Investment is the most important relationship between any nations. Taiwan has 22 allies; most of its allies are in the Caribbean and Central American region. The relationship among these nations is of great importance to Taiwan diplomatic integrity. Relationship is of great importance to these nations which includes Belize; the relationship between Taiwan and Belize can establish a different foot prints in the Caribbean region. Thus, this research aims to evaluate the relationship of the Belize and Taiwan using the AHP model. This research will use Service, Industry and Agriculture sector as alternatives to measure and range the best possible decision which can be undertake between the two nations. This research will use Aquaculture, Electronics products, fruit industry and commodities as criteria which will assist in evaluating the alternatives. This research will introduce the AHP hierarchy which will assess the main structure of the relationship goal (trade and investment). This research will consist of interviews and questionnaires to different Government officials, organization, scholars and businessmen from both countries. ii AHP will design a hierarchy model that will then measure each of the criteria and its alternatives. Then it will form a pairwise comparison matrix which will be created to compute the weight for the different criteria. The matrix option scores will then be calculated to see which of the options can be a suitable decision. In addition, the research will shield light into how both countries can move forward in creating a beneficial FTA between Taiwan and Belize, utilizing Belize as a pathway to Caribbean because of the FTA Belize have in that region. The results will assist the researcher’s research to conduct meaning decision making process that will give solid recommendation to the different parties that will be using this study, which are BELTRADE and Government of Belize.
