綜合高中與高職學生學習滿意度差異性之研究-以苗栗縣為例

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解綜合高中與高職學生學習的滿意度,為深入探討影響學生學習滿意度的因素及層面,本研究以問卷方式,實施學習滿意度的調查。期能根據研究的成果,提出建議,以供同行教師、學校及行政機關作為教學及辦學之參考。為達上述研究目的,本研究首先蒐集相關文獻加以整理、歸納、及分析,以作為研究的理論基礎及編製問卷內容的依據。 本研究對象以苗栗轄區各公、私立綜合高中與高職之學生為主,共發出問卷860份,回收有效問卷份806份,回收率93.7﹪,經整理後隨即進行資料分析,統計方法包括百分比、平均數、次數分配、T考驗、單因子變異數分析、及薛費法事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關、信度分析等, 根據分析結果,獲得以下結論: 1.目前綜合高中學生學習滿意度的整體情形不如高職學生,僅『人際關係』(relationships)層面達到滿意標準,其餘層面皆落在沒意見區域。 2.目前高職學生學習滿意度,『環境設備』(environment facility)每題平均得分為3.22分,單獨落在沒意見區域,其餘層面皆落在滿意區域。 3.目前綜合高中與高職學生學習滿意度,僅『環境設備』這一層面落在沒意見區域,每題平均得3.06分,其餘層面皆落在滿意區域。 4.綜合高中與高職彼此有極相似的不滿意層面內涵,也有極相似的滿意層面內涵。最高、低分組八題中,彼此都有七題互相重疊。 5.綜合高中與高職學生一致認為,本科所教課程,對技能檢定很有幫助。 6.綜合高中與高職學生一致認為,學校的教學設備明顯不足。

This research was to find out the variation of student's learning satisfaction between comprehensive high schools and senior vocational schools in Miaoli. In order to investigate the effects and aspects of student’s learning satisfaction, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The expectation of the research is to put forth suggestions for teachers, schools and administrators as reference of teaching and running a school. In order to reach the above mentioned research purposes, the first thing was collecting and analyzing relevant literature as theoretical foundation and basis of compiling the questionnaire. The subjects of this research were the students in all national and private comprehensive high schools, senior vocational schools in Miaoli County. The total sampling size was 860, and the available questionnaires were 806. The successful rate was 93.7%. The results of survey were used for data analysis. The statistic methods include percentage, test of homogeneity of proportions, standard deviation, frequency distribution, T-test, one-way ANOVA, the post hoc Scheffe test for comparison, Pearson product-moment correlation test and reliability analysis. Conclusions gained from expert interview and statistical analysis of the gathered data were as follows: 1. The whole situation that students' learning satisfaction of high school student is not so good as that of senior vocational school students' at present. Only the aspect of " interpersonal relationships " reaches the standard of satisfying and others drop on " no comment " area. 2. The average score of all questions in the aspect of " environmental facilities " is 3.22 and drops on " no comment" area alone and others drop on "satisfying" area. 3. According to the learning satisfaction of senior vocational school students , only the aspect of " environmental facilities " drops on " no comment " area. The average score of all questions is 3.06 and others drop on the "satisfying" area. 4. Both comprehensive high school and senior vocational school students expressed similar opinions about what they were satisified and what they were not satisified. In highest and lowest groups of eight questions, both have seven questions overlapped. 5. Both comprehensive high school and senior vocational school students agreed that the curriculum is very useful in the Skill Test. 6. Both groups of students expressed that the instructional facility was insufficient.
