台灣的科技產業於1980 年代發展至今,相對也累積了不少的建廠經驗與 知識,然而廠房工程與傳統建築或高層建築工程在營建工程上有許多不同之 處。廠房工程在建廠過程中由於工期短、工種繁多、工程界面問題複雜。尤在 工程界面上面臨許多問題,這是與一般傳統及高層建築最大不同亦為其所不及 之處,在傳統建築及公共工程在工程上屬界面管理部分已有許多参考文獻,但 在廠房工程有關工程界面方面之研究則少有研究及彙整,而本研究將以廠房工 程在施工中室內裝修與機電界面管理為研究對象,專注於廠房工程室內裝修與 機電並以使用功能之區域來劃分工程界面問題,並建立工程界面衝突整合方 法,以提升室內裝修與機電界面管理之效能。 經由案例導入及探討可了解,由於目前廠房工程的興建,內部之施工界面 控管及品質皆取決於工程專案管理團隊,其團隊人員的經驗及素質直接影響到 施工界面的管理與抉擇,間接則影響到工程變更後的成本,且以空間區域的使 用劃分來管理不同的施工界面,可更精準的控制相關界面施工的先後順序及有 衝突的界面問題,進而提早發現並提出改善方式讓施工中的界面問題得以解決 以利工程進度的推展。
Many interface problems occur in construction projects during the construction phase. Interface management (IM) has become the most important project management consideration. Interface management is the systematic control approach of all communications that support an operational process effectively. Interface management in construction affects the cost, the scheduling, and the quality of projects. To enhance interface management of interior design and MEP engineering of factory project, this study proposes the approaches to enhance interface management effectively for interior design and MEP engineering of factory project during the construction phase. The proposed approaches have been applied in selected case study of a construction factory project in Taiwan to verify our proposed approaches and demonstrate the effectiveness of interface management in the factory project. Based on cast study, the results indicate that construction interface management can be improved effectively special in factory project. Finally, limitations, difficulties, suggestion are summarized for further application in practice.
