具軟層RC結構之耐震行為

摘要


本研究主要以高度五層樓、住宅或店舖住宅形式之RC建築物為分析對象,對結構物之整體行為及建築物之構件進行分析。且根據結構動力學之原理來探討不同之牆體配置方式,對其建築物基本振動週期及地震時之受力大小,來評估各種結構在其地震反應中發生破壞之可能性。 且根據動態反應與容量震譜分析結果,顯示出具有軟層之建築物其結構性能均不及結構型態相近之規則性建築物。為改善上述結構之耐震能力,研究中考慮以補強的方式提升其結構性能,進而增加其在地震中之存活率。

The research is to study the structural behaviors of low-to-midrise concrete buildings of various configurations based on dynamic properties, internal energy, and the magnitude and distribution of seismic load. Comparisons will be made on fundamental period, base shear, force distribution. According to dynamic response and capacity spectrum method analysis result, demonstrate that its structure performance of building of having soft story is inferior to the structure type rule building with close form . Above-mentioned structure are able to bear the ability of earthquake in order to increase, consider improving its structure performance by way of structure strengthen while studying, and then increase its survival rate in the earthquake.
