本研究的目的是建立一套可以應用於已導入PLM部分或全部功能者對於系統與實務應用創新設計的方法,用以解決了以往PLM產品設計中,因受限於軟體開發平台的限制、或舊有公司商業運作邏輯思考及人為的主觀、執著甚至偏見所造成的種種問題,以期能提高軟體開發的效率、縮短開發時程、克服開發管理成本或技術設計困難的問題,進而深化易維護性(降低成本)和管理成本甚至對於整體規劃導入乃至於對環境的衝擊影響,不但改善產品及符合綠色環保規範,並且提高利潤和市場競爭力。基於上述的研究背景與動機,並因過去多年在產品生命週期管理(PLM)系統開發設計思緒湧出上已日趨匱乏,現今正可藉由在個別領域具有專業知識與豐富經驗之專家及學者的文獻探討,學習以萃智(TRIZ)管理的創新手法。 以個案公司在導入PLM系統數年後所遇到的“主要問題”逐一分析,進而有系統的以萃智(TRIZ)管理創新來一一解決電腦製造商面臨研發及生產端現今所面臨之種種困難問題。
As PLM, Product Lifecycle Management, systems became mature, they were mostly built on legacy platforms with dated operational processes and subjective managerial decisions. This paper, basing on professional and academic researches and a real case study, applies TRIZ, Theory of Inventive Problem Solving - a problem solving technique, to analyze the issues that existed on PLM products for a number of years and innovatively solve these problems. The goals are to have an easy to maintain PLM system that can reduce the development complexity, cost and time with minimum management cost. This PLM system, in turn, can help to design and produce quality, competitive and high profit margin products that comply with environmental regulations.
