冷凍空調施工品質改善之研究

摘要


由於現今市場處於全球性競爭環境,同時面臨需求快速變化及顧客導向時代,品質的重要性已經越來越受到重視,然而在加上自由經濟市場體制下,同業削價經競爭的影響,使得施工廠商處於高成本、低利潤的狀態,而承包商對於上游的料件採購至下游的施工品質都採用傳統的舊有模式的方式來執行,由於承包商或施工廠商通常僅著重在施工作業,但往往忽略了上游料件廠商至下游施工單位間的資料審查流程相關問題,這將容易造成施工品質不良或是施工完工時間的延遲。 現今隨者台灣產業外移等現象,導致冷凍空調工程量逐年減少,加上冷凍空調施工產業在國內已經相當競爭,在這樣高度競爭的產業環境裡面,唯有提升施工品質,才能藉由施工效率的提升進而產生利潤。因此本研究將使用六標準差改善手法,進行個案公司探討分析,並已國內某家冷凍空調公司所負責的施工案例為例,並透過六標準差DMAIC的方法找出造成施工品質不良和施工完工時間延遲之因素,進而改善冷凍空調施工品質及效率,藉此降低施工成本以及延遲完工的情況。 本研究結果顯示,透過六標準差DMAIC的方法與觀點,有效找出冷凍空調施工延遲的主要問題並進行施工延遲的改善,也能藉此制定標準的檢驗規範,供各施工單位遵循,而本研究改善冷凍空調施工品質之具體結果及改善方法未來也可以提供相關業者或業主之參考依據。

Due to the present market lies in a competitive global environment, facing the rapid change of demands and the era of customer orientation at the same time, the importance of the quality has gradually been valued. However, under the system of free market and the influence of the competitors lowering the margin, the companies that are in charge of the construction are in the status of high costs and low profits. Still, the contractors are using the same old traditional pattern to the upstream’s material purchasing toward the downtream’s construction quality, and since the contractors or the construction companies often take emphasis on the construction works, they often neglect the related problems of document inspection flow from the upstream material companies toward the downstream construction units which will easily leads to the construction’s low quality and the time delay in completing the construction works. Along with the phenomenon of Taiwanese industries’ offshore migration, the refrigeration and air conditioning engineering has been decreased year by year. Plus, the domestic industry of the refrigeration and air conditioning engineering has already been very competitive, under this highly competitive industrial environment, only by upgrading the quality of construction is able to increase of the construction’s efficiency then create more profits. Therefore, our research will apply a improving ways Six Sigma on discussing and analyzing in each company, and take the case that one of our domestic refrigeration and air conditioning engineering companies is in the charge as an example, through the ways of Six Sigma DMAIC to find out the reasons of the construction’s low quality and the delaying of completing the work as well as improve the air conditioning engineering’s quality and efficiency to lower the costs and the condition of work delay. Our research results show that through the way and the viewpoint of Six Sigma DMAIC, we can efficiently find out the main problems of construction’s work delay then get better the problems, also by using this way to formulate the standard of examination to provide each construction unit to follow. In the future, the concrete results of the air conditioning engineering’s quality and the improving ways from our research can also be as a reference for the related professional brothers and the proprietor.
