以能量法探討滾珠型自動平衡裝置在穩態下之動態特性

摘要


本研究以Lagrange 能量法推導滾珠型自動平衡裝置之運動方程式並探討該 裝置在穩態下之動態特性,藉由系統無因次化與離心功之觀念加以瞭解此系統 之物理意義。本研究以系統消散能量與系統外力為本論文兩大研究指標,藉由 兩項參數的改變可以得知質量的改變與加入系統外力有助於系統殘餘振動量的 下降,且可以得知滾珠於乘載盤裡的移動情形。本論文也針對滾珠數目與大小 滾珠之質量做一研究目標,其結果可以得知系統在穩態時,滾珠會平均分配在 滾珠乘載盤內,而大小滾珠則會因大質量之滾珠滾到偏心量之相反側或同側而 對振動量產生影響,另外本論文模擬結果指出單滾珠系統在滾珠質量0.6061g 時將可大幅降低系統殘餘振動量,綜合以上幾點可對於未來針對需裝設平衡裝 置之轉子機械進行減振設計之參考。

This thesis investigates the dynamic characteristics of ball-type automatic balancers of the theoretic model in the steady state were derived by employing Lagrange energy method. In this study, the system forces and dissipate energy of the two research indicators, which is denoted as mass and external force can help decrease the amount of residual vibration and can take that in mobile situations of the ball motion. The paper also quality the number of balls and size of the ball do a research objectives the results can learn the system in the steady state, the ball will be equally distributed within the ball carrier multiplication disk, while the size of the ball because the ball will roll a large mass of while the opposite side of the impact or ipsilateral eccentric amount of vibration, while the paper simulation results indicate that a single ball in the ball mass 0.6061g system will greatly reduce the amount of residual vibration system, the above points may need to be installed for the future rotor mechanical vibration balancing device carried reference design.
