產品設計產業合作策略聯盟之個案研究-以世訊科技股份有限公司為例

摘要


本研究以宏觀全球產業策略聯盟理論為基礎。。尋找出何種策略聯盟模式能讓決策負責人認同,並以此模式來達到讓公司永續經營,進而國際化。研究旨在探討臺灣產品設計公司在執行策略聯盟時的動機、過程、影響,在參與觀察的過程中,樣本公司如何依本身的條件與目標而訂定不同的策略結盟型態,進而讓公司達到永續經營與國際化的目標。期能透過參與觀察與個案彙整臺灣產品設計公司策略聯盟之決策智慧。文中首先對國內外產業策略聯盟之相關文獻作回顧與模式歸納,然後提出一個產品設計公司策略聯盟的動機、策略、問題之研究架構與發展相關假說。其後,再利用個案參與觀察研究的方式,針對世訊科技股份有限公司的策略聯盟過程及動機、設置海外分支機構的功能、及所面臨的問題逐一探討其類型,作詳細的研究,後以進行專家訪談來瞭解實務上,產品設計公司策略聯盟過程中所面臨的問題與其所使用的決策。進而作深一步的歸納、分析、整理,後做出對台灣產品設計公司最有利之策略聯盟模式的建議為:一、適合台灣產品設計產業的決策過程是1.情報活動、2.設計活動、3.抉擇活動、4.實施活動。二、依台灣產品設計產業策略聯盟的可能性質為業務市場共享、資金共資與合併。三、台灣設計公司在永續成長至國際化的前提中,以推動策略聯盟為必然之路。

This research will be based on theories of global marketing strategic alliances to find out which type of strategic alliance model will be identified by a strategy decision maker, and furthermore, will be used to operate a company continuously leading to internationalization. The purpose of this research is to investigate how a product design company in Taiwan implements strategic alliances regarding the motivation, process, and effects. Also from the case study demonstration, we will look at all various kind of strategic alliances and how a design company chooses a suitable model of strategic alliance according to its qualifications and goals. Documentation that refers to strategic alliances of both domestic and international design companies will first be reviewed and categorized in terms of model, and then bring out a research structure and development hypothesis of strategic alliance regarding the design company’s motivation, strategies, and some related issues. Afterwards, we will take era design as the example for the case study to evaluate through its process of strategic alliances, motivation behind, function of their branch abroad and problems that they confront with, then interview with experts to understand strategies that were used by the design company and problems during the process of strategic alliances. Through summarization, analysis and categorization, some solutions for executing profitable models of strategic alliances for product design companies in Taiwan are suggested as: A. Strategies that suit product design industry in Taiwan include processes of researching, planning, decision making and, executing. B. Possible types of strategic alliance for product design industry in Taiwan are marketing share and, financial share or merging. C. Design companies in Taiwan must implement strategic alliance in order to be operated continuously leading to internationalization.
