在自動化工業控制網路,若採用傳統乙太網路封包傳送控制信號,因為控制信號的封包長度過小造成網路資源的浪費,業界為解決此問題提出工業控制自動化乙太網路技術(Ethernet for Control Automation technology, EtherCAT),EtherCAT的設備可減少封包的解碼及轉傳的時間,因此適合於需要即時控制的工業應用。本論文推導多種不同拓樸狀態下的循環時間,提出增加系統安全性和可靠度的故障恢復機制。並利用網路模擬軟體NS2驗證推導的數學式子和實際狀況相符合。同時驗證本論文提出的故障恢復機制在錯誤狀況排除後,可以自動完成系統修復。提供安全且穩定的系統給EtherCAT網路。
When we use the tradition Ethernet in automation control network, it's not efficiency because the small data for control single. People propose the new standard Ethernet for Control Automation Technology (EtherCAT). EtherCAT can reduce packet decoding and forward's time, so it's good to use in real-time industry network. This paper uses the simulation software NS2 to simulate EtherCAT's cycle time in different topology. To verify they are matching with the mathematical formula derived. Use redundancy mode to make system automatically complete the repair from an error. Provide a safe and stable system to EtherCAT network.
