新產品開發是現今企業面臨激烈競爭時賴以生存的重要活動,成功的新產品開發能使企業維持獲利與競爭優勢;然而新產品的成功率卻始終無法突破六成,新產品開發的高投資成本與不確定性使企業面臨巨大風險。有鑒於此,本研究提出一套方法論,以協助企業建置開發鏈管理系統,進行協同產品開發,並有效管理開發流程,以提升新產品開發績效。
New product development is the most crucial active for a modern enterprise facing severe competition. A Successful product development results in an enterprise’s profitability and competitive position. However, the successful rate of a new product development has not been above sixty percentages. And its high investment and uncertainty make an enterprise in risk. Therefore, a methodology is proposed here more for enterprises to build a development chain management system, to manage the development process effectively and new development collaboratively; overall to enhance the performance of a product management.
