3G HSPA基地台使用NG-SDH為光纖傳輸模式的研究與實測

摘要


現在走在馬路上總是人手一隻手機,從以前只要單純的語音服務就好,到現在隨著科技的進步,無線上網的功能也愈來愈被人重視。不管是視訊電話、上網瀏覽或是道路導覽等功能都是為了逹到多樣化服務。而為了符合大多數使用者的需求,需要有高速下載行動通訊寬頻,而電信業者也於2009年開始大量建設HSPA(High Speed Packet Access;HSPA)系統,也是就高速下行鏈路封包存取HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access;HSDPA)能夠逹到14.4Mbps,高速上行鏈路封包存取HSUPA(High Speed Uplink Packet Access;HSUPA)能夠逹到2Mbps。行動通訊業者不僅針對基地台的軟硬體昇級之外,實體電路的傳輸流量也要逹到一定的頻寬才有辦法應付那麼大流量的需求。為了考量投資成本及傳輸服務品質,固網電信業者採用了新一代同步數位階層NG-SDH(Next Generation-Synchronous Digital Hierarchy;NG-SDH)乙太網路供裝來提供行動無網上網實體傳輸使用。   本論文探討新一代同步數位階層乙太網路在現用基地台所使用的實體光纖電路所提供的傳輸網路服務品質與現行台北市HSPA系統的使用情形;藉由此次實測結果,可得知未來業者想採行此法網路架構或電信公司想在未來的HSPA+、4G LTE(Long Trem Evolution;LTE)進行傳輸規劃時,可以得到更好的傳輸服務品質及解決方案的參考。

Nowadays you can see everyone holding mobile phones on the street, used to be with only purely voice service till now, as the progress of the technology, function of wireless internet surfing is more and more valued. Whether video call, on-line browsing, or navigation is to provide consumer a multiple service. To fulfill most users’ request, high-speed downloading of 3G broadband system is needed. Telecom Operators start to create mass HSPA (High Speed Packet Access) system in 2009, meaning HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) could reach 14.4Mbps and HSUPA (High Speed Uplink Packet Access) could reach 2Mbps. In order to fulfill this mass transportation, Telecom Operator not only has to upgrade the software and hardware of base stations (aka. Node B), the flow of physical circuit’s transmission also has to reach certain bandwidth. Considering investment cost and quality of service, fixed Telecom operators has take a new generation NG-SDH (Next Generation-Synchronous Digital Hierarchy). Using Ethernet to provide physical transmission of wireless internet browsing. This thesis is mainly discussing new generation Ethernet NG-SDH’s usage, while current base station using physical fiber circuit to provide transmission internet service quality. Through the result if the experiment, we will have a better reference for transmission service quality and solution when future operators planning transmission of HSPA+, 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution).
