Acute Pyelonephritis is a common disease of urinary system. It may cause irreversible renal failure, forming rental scarring, and result in a series of syndrome such as hypertension, chronic renal failure…, etc. A series of syndrome can be prevented by means of diagnosis and cure in the early time of pathogenesis. Renal cortex slices is a good way to cure Acute Pyelonephritis. The thesis is on the basis of the image of slices and the way of evaluating Acute Pyelonephritis is presented. It consists of three processes: establishing normal samples of renal function, using mutual information to select the most similar sample and dividing them into several sib-images to analyze and calculate the loss of bulk and percentage. Quantification of Acute Pyelonephritis is helpful for doctors in diagnosis. This thesis is not only effective but also qualified the practical of clinical value.
