基於產能允諾模式之即時性銷售端資訊技術開發

Development of Real-Time Sale Side Information Technologies base on CTP Model

摘要


為了能夠快速回應客戶訂單允諾的要求,本研究認為在訂單允諾的活動中銷售部門要快速且正確地回覆客戶所提出的訂單交貨日期與數量,其關鍵在於工廠資源資訊的透明化,銷售人員如果能在客戶提出訂單要求的同時,馬上掌握工廠資源負荷的情況,便不會允諾根本無法履行的訂單交期與數量,因此產銷的平衡必須以銷售部門為第一道防線,確保工廠的資源有能力履行客戶的訂單,也可以使得生產部門可以規劃出合理的生產排程。 可承諾產能(Capable to Promise; CTP) 為依據企業的產能來允諾可交付給客戶的訂單數量,當業務在接到訂單後可以依CTP模式計算可向客戶承諾的訂單交期及數量,即考量了企業現有的庫存量及產能是否能滿足客戶的需求。本研究引用簡單的資料來模擬,探討在產能限制下之『訂單允諾』問題。本研究提出考慮產能限制之下的『基於產能允諾模式之即時性銷售端資訊技術』,利用Backward概念建構模式,並以資源撫平法計算出建議的訂單達交日期;再以SAP Business One ERP系統生產管理模組為基礎,藉由SBO API、MS Project VBA與VB.NET等技術,將本研究所提出之『基於產能允諾模式之即時性銷售端資訊技術』導入SAP Business One ERP,並透過MS Project所提供之圖形介面(資源使用狀況與資源圖表)呈現新訂單需求之產能負荷模擬結果,最後經由本研究之模式計算後,於MS Project之甘特圖介面呈現建議的訂單達交日期與數量。驗證結果顯示本研究之『基於產能允諾模式之即時性銷售端資訊技術』,在工廠資源資訊的透明化方面,因使用圖表展示模擬結果,可使銷售端人員馬上掌握接下此新訂單後之未來工廠資源負荷的情況,讓銷售端人員以此做為依據並承諾合理的訂單交貨日期與數量。

Enterprises in today look for time efficiency but they always face the problem of incorrect demand forecast because of drop-in customer orders. From the aspect of the sales department, they will take any order as long as it is profitable; however, this action may let the factory over its production workload and operation people may need to work overtime or to postpone order deliveries to fulfill customer orders. The results are the increase of production cost and the decrease of customers’ trust. From the aspect of the production department, operation people have to communicate and coordinate within different departments to make production plan well enough to fulfill customers’ demand and to meet delivery dates. This process usually takes a long time and thus customers usually get late order responses. Today, enterprises need to quickly response to customers’ orders, to fulfill order commitment and to provide high trustworthy delivery date in order to increase customer service and customer satisfaction. To make quicker customer order commitment, this research identify the key point for sales side to make quick and correct response for customer order quantities and delivery dates is to make factory resource information clear and open. If sales people are aware of factory resource workload while taking customer orders, they will not promise unreachable order quantities or delivery dates to customers. Thus, the balance between sales and production must take the sales department as its first protection line to make sure factory resources are able to fulfill customer orders and production department can make reasonable production plans. Capable to Promise ( CTP ) uses an enterprise’s production ability to promise customer reachable order quantities. When sales people get customer orders, they can use CTP model which uses an enterprise’s inventories information and production ability as consideration variables to calculate reachable customer order quantities and delivery dates. The research paper uses simpler data to simulate and discuss how to promise customer orders under the limitation of production ability. The research shows the following achievements: 1. Propose a “Real-Time Sale Side Information Technologies base on CTP Model” which considers limited production quantity and uses backward model and resource balance method to calculate a suggested order delivery date. 2. Takes the production module of SAP Business One ERP as its base and uses SBO API, MS Project VBA and VB.NET to implement the “Real Time Capable to Promise of The Sale Side Model” into SAP Business One ERP. 3. Shows suggested order delivery date and quantity calculated by the CTP model through MS project’s Gantt chart. Real cases verify that “Real-Time Sale Side Information Technologies base on CTP Model” can make factory resource information more clear. Also, the model uses graphic simulation results to let sales people know about factory resources workload variations by a new customer so that sales people can use the information as basis to give customers reasonable order delivery dates and order quantities.
