綜高機械技術學程學生參加在校生技能檢定的學習行為與學習成效之研究

A Study of Students’ Learning Behavior and Learning Achievement on Skills Certifiction of Mechanical Technical Program in Comprehensive High School

摘要


本研究旨在探討綜高機械技術學程學生參加在校生技能檢定的學習行為與學習成效。首先瞭解綜高機械技術學程學生參加在校生技能檢定的學習行為學習成效現況;其次分析不同個人背景與不同學校背景的綜高機械技術學程學生學習行為各層面及學習成效的差異情形;最後探討學習行為對學習成效之相關情形與預測力。為達研究目的,本研究係採用問卷調查法,利用編製之「學習行為量表」與「學習成效調查表」,以臺灣地區22所有辦理綜高機械技術學程學校之學生為研究母群,本問卷共發出503份,有效回收率為87%,本研究資料分析方法係採平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法加以分析處理。根據本研究分析結果,主要結論如下: 一、不同背景變項綜高機械技術學程學生(就讀年級、進路規劃、學校隸屬、學校位置),在學習行為上具有顯著差異。 二、不同背景變項綜高機械技術學程學生(性別、就讀年級、進路規劃、學校隸屬、學校位置),在學習成效上具有顯著差異。 三、學生學習行為表現越佳,學習成效越優異,學生的學習動機、學習態度、學習習慣是提昇學習成效的重要因素。 根據文獻分析及結論,分別對教育行政機關、辦理綜高機械技術學程的學校、專業實習課程教師及後續研究者提出具體之建議以供參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the students’ learning behavior and learning achievement on skills certification of mechanical technical program in comprehensive high school. To fulfill the research purpose, this study employed questionnaire surveys method. The data were collected from students by two questionnaires, the “Students’ Learning behavior Scale”, and the “learning achievement Scale”. There were 503 randomly sampled students from 22 schools in Taiwan. The total number of usable sets of instrument returned was 405 and a usable return rate of 87﹪. The statistics procedures employed for the results of the survey about the distribution of basic data were means, standard deviation, t-test, on-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product- moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The results of the research were as follows: 1. There existed significant differences of students’ learning behavior of mechanical technical program in the grades, work condition and career, school establishment, and school locations. 2. There existed significant differences of students’ learning achievement of mechanical technical program in the genders, grades, work condition and career, school establishment, and school 3. There were significant relationships between students’ learning behavior and learning achievement of mechanical technical program. The better the students performed in learning motivation, learning attitude and learning custom, the more effectively the learning achievement. According to the literature review and research conclusions, we made some concrete recommendations on comprehensive high school, instructors, and further researchers.
