本研究旨主要在瞭解台北縣國中教師情緒管理及其班級經營現況,及兩者間的關係。本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為台北縣國中教師與其班級學生。取樣原則採分層隨機抽樣和簡單隨機抽樣方式,共抽取12所學校,抽樣得70個班級,含68位教師與其班級學生共754人,回收的有效樣本共計70班,合計68位級任教師與739位學生。 本研究之研究工具有「國中教師情緒管理調查問卷」與「國中班級經營調查問卷」,調查所得資料以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、等方法來進行統計分析。 本研究的主要發現如下: 一、台北縣國中教師大多具有良好的情緒管理能力。 二、台北縣國中學生所知覺之整體班級經營屬於中等偏上程度,各層面以「親師關係」最好,以「學生學習效果」較為不佳。 三、不同年齡、任教年資及學校屬性之國中教師的情緒管理在整體或各層面有差異。 四、不同年齡、任教年資、教育程度、學校規模及學校屬性之國中教師,其學生所知覺之班級經營在整體或各層面有差異。 五、情緒管理能力高和低之國中教師,其學生所知覺之班級經營是有差異;情緒管理能力高的教師,其班級學生所知覺的班級經營的各層面會較佳。
The objective of this study is to understand the current condition of the emotional management of junior high school teachers, classroom management by the students, and the relationship between them; the schools studied were schools in Taipei County. Means of questionnaires were used and the target group includes the junior high school teachers and the students. In principle, layered random sampling and simple random sampling were used. As a result, there were 12 schools surveyed which includes 70 slasses,68 teachers and 754 students. Valid questionnaires returned conclude 70 classes; which enclose 68 teachers and 739 students. The research tools used during this study were “emotional management of junior high school teachers” and “classroom management junior high schools”. The returned surveys were statistically compiled and analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis. The results of the study are as of the followings: 1.Most of junior high school teachers in Taipei County possess good emotional management. 2.The integral classroom climate conceived by the students of the junior high schools in Taipei County are of better than moderate. As of different layers, the best climate is the “relation between parents and teachers ” and the worst one is “the effect of students learning ”. 3.Junior high school teachers of different ages and seniorities are different in the integral emotional management and layers. 4. Students are aware of the different classroom climate regarded by different age, teaching seniority, size and characteristic of Junior high school teachers. 5.Varied classroom management conceived by the students is among the classes of teachers with unstable emotional management; nevertheless, a better classroom management is conceived in the classes of teachers with higher emotional management.
