混凝土裂縫擴展參數之尺寸效應

摘要


本研究之主要研究內容在於針對較大型純混凝土梁並預制裂縫進行模式 I (拉伸型裂縫)破壞力學試驗,其試驗形式採用三點彎矩試驗系統,比較材料間之極限強度、位移量、開口位移,並依照文獻推薦試體尺寸等比例放大進一步探討混凝土之尺寸效應與斷裂能,數值模擬方面採用ANSYS LS-DYNA 軟體助於實驗規劃階段破壞力學試驗裂縫擴展情形,採用混凝土材料模型為損傷混凝土(MAT072R3)模型,可考慮混凝土材料非線性與應變率效應,並比對應變率有無之差異性,此外,為驗證 LS-DYNA 模型正確性,逐步驗證線彈性材料與解析解答案、混凝土模型,以比對分析結果與實驗數據。

This study is the fracture mechanics experiment using three-point bending moment system, in accordance with the literature recommended specimen dimensions scaled enlarge. Further explore the size effect and fracture energy of concrete.Numerical simulation using ANSYS LS-DYNA software helps experiment planning fracture mechanics experiment and predict ultimate strength.Using concrete material model for damage concrete (MAT072R3) model, consider the nonlinear strain rate effect of concrete material, in addition, in order to verify the correctness of LS-DYNA model, linear elastic material gradually verification and analysis answers the case, the concrete model to compare the analysis results with the experimental data.
