產品資訊重用機制與系統之研究-運用通用產品結構與分類架構

摘要


在產業全球化與專業分工之產業趨勢下,產品生命週期管理(Product Lifecycle Management, PLM)系統,常用以強化企業之競爭力、縮短開發時間與降低開發成本,而提高產品資訊的重用性,則為許多企業特別著重的PLM系統導入績效指標之一。本研究發現產業在重用產品資訊時常面臨一些問題,但卻沒有明確的解決方式,這些問題包括缺乏將現有產品的零組件模組化並建構為通用產品結構的轉換方法、專案範本數量過多,不易套用,也不易進行專案資訊彙整以及專案產出資料的重用規則無法明確制定,導致僅有經驗豐富的專案成員才有能力判斷重用性。有鑑於此,本研究也相對提出通用模組化產品結構、專案自動產生與直覺式重用運作等三個方法論,這三個方法論主要係應用模組化、通用產品結構與分類等三種概念,每一個方法論皆包括資料模型定義、資料分析方法與運作機制,以期透過這些方法論的應用,可以提高設計重用性、減少重覆執行專案工作,準確重用產品資訊。為了驗證方法論之實用性,本研究也將應用這三個方法論於案例中,並將方法論應用的結果建置於PLM系統中,探討其應用的成效相較於目前產業所使用的方式,確實可以有效改善這些問題。

Three issues are observed in this study, they are lack of method for transforming existing design into modular product architecture, unclear project template management criteria and inefficient project task or deliverable reuse. In order to solve such problems, this study provides three innovative analysis and design methodology, named Generic Modularized Product Architecture, Automatic Project Generation and Intuitive Reusability Operation. The three methodologies adopt modularity, generic product architecture and classification techniques. To validate these methodologies, this study also applies these methodologies to three cases to verify the practicability. As the result of implementing these methodologies on PLM system, three issues this study observed can be improved by these three methodologies.
