直液式水性筆之設計與製造

摘要


本研究根據流體力學體積守恆定理,推導出直液式水性筆之出墨水與壓差之流動守恆方程式,且建立出完整之一階微分方程式,並且吾人求出完全解(exact solution)並且利用軟體EES(Engineering Equation Software)自行開發完成一人機界面,而來探討直液式水性筆之設計共七個設計參數(分別為儲墨槽直徑、筆芯長度、筆芯直徑、筆頭面積、筆芯滲透率、筆頭滲透率、墨水黏度),且吾人依廠家規定以墨水完全消耗之書寫時間(writting out head)為4mm來找出最佳化參數之七個筆的參數值,且更以無因次參數G(沾濕面積/自由液面面積)、 (毛細總力/慣性力)、 (初始重力壓差水頭/筆尖與紙之吸力水頭),完整描述直液式水性筆之出墨量與壓差之流體流動行為,最後描述筆內部各段壓差與使用者應用上在不同寫字之傾斜角之影響。 吾人協助製筆廠商開發出一完整直液式水性筆(含筆頭幾何、筆蓋、筆桿、調節器、儲墨槽、筆芯幾何、墨水黏度、密封防漏套件)含模具製造過程,並完成之正常檢驗抽樣流程,並且測試了十四項之實驗分別為:機台重複精度之量測、接觸角量測實驗、筆芯、筆頭滲漏率量測實驗、水性墨水表面張力量測實驗、黏度量測實驗、漏墨比較實驗、直液式水性筆於不同調節器參數幾何下長時間存放實驗、墨水與大氣交換槽為不等寬之測試實驗、環形間隙排列設計選擇實驗、以液氣交換直縫為不開通之情形下進行抽真空實驗、通氣孔提早漏墨現象探討實驗、利用一墨水引導孔並加裝套環在筆頭與調節器中間以解決提早漏墨性能測試、防止洪流現象之設計與探討實驗、自製水性筆之整體性能測試比較實驗、來完整呈現直液式水性筆製造上之書寫順暢度與滿足ISO防漏水壓差要求之設計要求,加以驗證其剩餘儲墨量在理論與實驗之消耗時間誤差約為3%左右,故吾人得到相當之吻合結果,其故可提供筆產業上設計之參考,與製造之參數所要求。

Base on volume conservation of fluid mechanics to develop a formula to apply on free ink type pen and also use EES(Engineering Equation Software) to build GUI,and depend on GUI to design free ink type pen , including seven parameters (the diameter of ink tank、the length of wick、the diameter of wick、the permeation of wick、the area of nib 、the permeation of nib 、the viscosity of ink ) and base on the corporation of pen define the writing out head to find the optimal value , also use nondimension parameters G、 、 to describe the physics of pen and eventually describe the pressure drop at different parts and what the affection to the pen in differert writing angles . With this research were helped the pen corporatin to develop on fullset of free ink type pen , including the manufacture of mold and also finished the quality control of pen by using MIL-STD-105E method , and display the smooth writing fell with 14 different experimentations , also satisfied the require of ISO for resistance pressure drop , by testing and verifying the remain height of ink tank of theory , it discovers the error is 3%, and according to the above-mentioned experiment ,this matches the results very well , so it can be the reference for the desogn of pen industry.
