本研究旨在探討基北區高中職實用技能學程學生入學就讀的動機與就讀後的學習滿意度之調查研究,期能使國中教師在輔導學生就讀基北區高中職實用技能學程時提出適切的建議,也提供有意就讀的同學一些參考依據,同時也使辦理實用技能學程的基北區高中職學校及教育行政主管機關,更加瞭解學生入學就讀動機與入學後學習滿意度的相關情形,以便能更有效的辦理實用技能學程。 以基北區實用技能學程在2010學年度高三的學生總計13校1,458名的學生為研究對象,並以文獻探討結果發展出「基北區高中職實用技能學程學生就讀動機與學習滿意度之問卷」為研究工具,採立意抽樣方式進行問卷調查研究。 共發出684份研究問卷,回收531份有效問卷,進行編碼,分別依研究假設,選擇不同之統計方法進行資料分析與考驗,採平均數、標準差、皮爾森積差相關、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé事後比較,加以分析與討論。 本研究結果獲得以下結論: 一、基北區高中職實用技能學程學生的整體就讀動機傾向高於中等程度。 二、基北區高中職實用技能學程學生對整體學習滿意度介於普通與滿意之間。 三、基北區高中職實用技能學程學生的就讀動機與學習滿意度之間有正向高度相關。 四、不同背景變項中就讀學程職群屬性及畢業後進路規劃對就讀動機有顯著的差異。 五、不同背景變項中就讀學程職群屬性對學習滿意度有顯著的差異。
The study aimed to investigate studying motivation and learning satisfaction of practical skill program students in senior and vocational high schools in Keelung & New Taipei City areas. The study tried to make appropriate suggestions to the teachers who guide their students into practical skill program and provided the students some reference information. And meanwhile, it also hoped to make the educational authorities & schools much more understand the relationship between studying motivation and learning satisfaction of practical skill program students in order to handle the program effectively. 1,458 third students in the practical skill program from 13 senior & vocational high schools in 2010 were purposively sampled as objects in this study. The instrumentation “the questionnaire of Studying Motivation and Learning Satisfaction of Practical Skill Program Students in Senior and Vocational High Schools in Keelung and New Taipei City Areas” was developed by the result of literature discussion. 684 questionnaires were sent out and 531 valid ones were collected. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, single sample t-test, independent sample t-test, one–way ANOVA, Scheffés method for posterior comparisons. The major findings are as follows: 1.Studying motivation of practical skills program students in senior & vocational high schools in Keelung & New Taipei City areas tends to be in the medium level and above. 2.Learning satisfaction of practical skills program students in senior & vocational high schools in Keelung & New Taipei City areas is between ordinary and satisfied. 3. The relationship between studying motivation and learning satisfaction of the practical skill program students in senior & vocational high schools in Keelung & New Taipei City areas is positively high-correlated. 4. Studying motivation of these students make a significant difference in terms of “property of career group” and “career plan after graduation”. 5. Learning satisfaction of these students make a significant difference in terms of “property of career group”.
