直流馬達二重反轉軸流風扇的特性測試與分析

摘要


在冷卻應用上,我們只看到國外有針對二重反轉風扇的相關研究與論文,在國內,幾乎沒有針對此風扇的相關探討,就如DynFluid Lab於” Experimental comparison between a counter-rotating axial-flow fan and a conventional rotor-stator stage”所提到”在次音速的領域,很少有關兩組扇葉間混合流場的分析,因為探討兩不穩定流場間的相互影響是很困難的事。 二重反轉風扇的特色在於透過後扇的反轉,回收前扇流場的迴旋成份,使馬達產生更多的機械能轉換為壓力能,使風扇整體靜壓提高,於高阻抗的系統中為最佳的氣冷方案,如伺服器等應用。 本次研究我們將自製風洞,量測風扇的P-Q曲線,同時透過有限的數據,透視解析傳動風扇的直流馬達特性,探討馬達負載轉矩的變化關係,在研究中可發現直流馬達為一線性的能量放大器,可使風扇的靜壓與風量乘積等比放大或縮小。 我們以馬達轉矩等比法來估算全扇中,前扇及後扇各別的P-Q曲線,再將此各別P-Q曲線的靜壓值疊加,估算全扇P-Q曲線,我們可發現改變直流馬達的轉矩常數,可以改變前扇及後扇的靜壓值,使全扇的靜壓曲線呈現一平整的靜壓區。

Here we found less discussion about the Counter Rotaing Fans in Taiwan.Almost infor- mation were got from overseas,such like the DynFluid Lab etc.However, the fans are rarely used in subsonic applications, mainly due to poor knowledge of the aerodynamics in the mixing area between the two rotors, where very complex structures are produced by the interaction of highly unsteady flows. The conter Rotating fans are highly demanded in high impedance system,like the appli- cation for server cooling etc.Because of the reduction of rotational speed and a better homogenization of the flow downstream of the rear fan,these fans may have very good aerodynamic performances and could achieve higher static pressure.The rear fan is desi- gned for collecting the circumferencial component from front fan.The rear motor has to generate more energy to inverse the flow into pure axial direction.Therefore,more static pressure is generated by the energy from the rear motor. For this time, we made a wind tunnel to measure the airflow and the pressure.We used this wind tunnel to get the PQ data of a Japanese counter rotaing fan and analyzed these data. This experiment was intended to understand how the stable static pressure produc- ed by counter rotating fans. We found to change the torque constant of the DC motor was the way to improve the energy into the fan. From the simulation by EES(Engineering Equation Solver),a high torque constant motor in rear fan could produce the higher and the stable static pressure area.
