北北基公立高職教師退休準備與理財態度之研究

A Study on Retirement Preparations and Attitudes of Financial Management among Teachers from Public Vocational High Schools in Taipei

摘要


本研究旨在探討北北基公立高職教師退休準備與理財態度之研究,本研究採問卷調查法,以103年任教於台北市、新北市、基隆市的公立高職教師為研究對象,並以「公立高職教師退休準備與理財態度調查問卷」為研究工具,共發出問卷500份,取得406份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率為81.2%。分為「退休準備」與「理財態度」二部分,以百分比、次數分配、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析等統計方法進行資料分析與考驗統計假設。 本研究結論如下: 一、公立高職教師之退休準備,以「退休期待」程度最高。 二、公立高職教師於整體面「退休準備」的認知,在婚姻狀況、年齡、教育程度、 公立學校年資、預計退休年齡有差異。 三、女性、兼任行政、未婚、45(含)至55歲、研究所學歷、公立學校教學年資未滿10年、健康狀況良好、預計55(含)至60歲退休的教師,理財積極程度較高,屬於積極型理財態度之教師。 四、男性、無兼任職務、已婚、未滿35歲、大學學歷、公立學校教學年資未滿10年、健康狀況不佳、預計55歲以前退休的教師,理財積極程度較低,屬於保守型理財態度之教師。 五、教師退休準備與理財態度之間具有正相關。 綜合研究發現與結論,本研究對於公立高職教師退休準備之規劃、公立高職教師之理財規劃、教育行政單位及未來研究提出建議。

This study aims to explore retirement preparations and attitudes of financial management among teachers from public vocational high schools. The study uses questionnaires as the research tool to survey teachers from public vocational high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City in 2014. A total of 500 questionnaires are issued and 406 questionnaires are recovered, with an 81.2% effective response rate. The questionnaire is divided into two parts for “retirement preparations” and “attitudes of financial management,” and statistical methods such as Percentage, Frequency Distribution, Mean Value, Standard Deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation are adopted for data analysis and validation of statistical assumptions. This study draws conclusions as follows: 1.Among the retirement preparations made by teachers from public vocational schools, “retirement expectations” 2.From an overall perspective, teachers from public vocational schools have different perceptions towards “retirement preparations” owing to their marriage conditions, ages, educational degrees, seniorities, and expected retirement ages 3.Females, working in the office, unmarried, aged between 45 and 55 years old, with master’s degrees, with seniorities of less than 10 years in public schools, well-conditioned and expected to retire at the age between 55 and 6o years old, have more proactive attitudes towards financing. Those females are very often teachers proactively engaging in financing. 4.Males, without part-time positions, married, aged under 35, with bachelor’s degrees, with seniorities of less than 10 years, poorly-conditioned, expected to retire before 55, have less proactive attitudes towards financing. Those males are very often teachers non-proactively engaging in financing. 5.Teachers’ retirement preparations are positively correlated to their financing attitudes. Based on the research findings and conclusions of this study, This study derives suggestions for teachers from public vocational schools, education administrations and future research.
