臺北市國中導師人格特質與工作困擾相關之研究

A Study on the Relations Between Personality Traits and Job Disturbance of Junior High Schools' Homeroom Teachers in Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市國中導師人格特質傾向、工作困擾程度及其關係。研究採用問卷調查法,以101學年度擔任臺北市公立國中導師為調查對象。問卷發放人數400人,並以自編之「臺北市國中導師人格特質與工作困擾」問卷為研究工具,問卷回收309份,有效問卷共296份,有效問卷回收率74%。統計方法包括描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關以及線性迴歸分析等統計方法。歸納本研究之研究發現,結論如下: 一、臺北市國中導師的人格特質以「自律性」傾向最強,其它「親和性」、「開放性」、「外向性」等特質亦偏正向程度;而「神經質」特質,則傾向負向。 二、臺北市國中導師有中等程度的工作困擾,在工作困擾構面上依序為「內心衝突」、「班級經營」、「工作負荷」、「人際溝通」、「行政支持」以及「專業知能」。 三、不同性別、婚姻狀況、不同學校規模的臺北市國中導師其人格特質並無差異。 四、任教副科科目的臺北市國中導師,其「開放性」特質顯著較高;任教年資較資淺的導師其「神經質」特質顯著較高。 五、「神經質」傾向越高的臺北市國中導師其工作困擾越高;「親和性」、「開放性」傾向越高者其工作困擾越低。 六、五大人格特質中,「神經質」、「開放性」及「親和性」等人格特質傾向會影響臺北市國中導師工作困擾程度,其中尤以「神經質」影響比重最大;而「自律性」和「外向性」則未發現對工作困擾程度具有影響力。

This study aims to understand the relations between Taipei junior high school homeroom teacher personality traits and job disturbance. The study uses the ' Survey of the relations between Taipei homeroom teacher personality traits and job disturbance' questionnaire, and the target groups are teachers who are working as the homeroom teacher in the 101 school year. All the data has been analyzed through statistical methods “t-test”, “one-way ANOVA” and “regression analysis”. The analysis of the study is listed as follows: (1)For Taipei junior high school homeroom teachers’ main personality trait, ‘Conscientiousness’ stands the most optimal aspect. 'Agreeableness', 'openness’, and 'extraversion’ also show a positive inclination while ‘neuroticism’ shows a negative inclination. (2)Taipei junior high school homeroom teachers show an intermediate tendency toward job disturbance, and the orders are 'inner conflict', 'classroom management', 'work load', ‘interpersonal communication’, ‘administrative support’ and 'professional knowledge'. (3)Taipei junior high school homeroom teachers show no significant difference on personal traits because of teacher gender, marital status, and school size. (4)For Taipei junior high school homeroom teachers, teachers who teach non-exam orientated subject will show significant difference on the ‘openness’ trait while teachers with less seniority of working as homeroom teachers will show significant difference on the ‘neuroticism’ trait. (5)Among the traits in Taipei junior high school homeroom teachers, teachers who have higher inclination for ‘neuroticism’ would have higher job disturbance rate while teachers who have higher inclination for ‘agreeableness' and 'openness’ would have lower job disturbance rate. (6)Among the five personal traits, ‘neuroticism’, 'openness’ and 'agreeableness' tended to have influence on job disturbance to a certain degree, and ‘neuroticism’ accounts for the largest proportion. ‘Conscientiousness’ and ‘extraversion’ showed no apparent impact on job disturbance.
