翻蓋式行動電話塑膠結合結構之破損分析

摘要


通訊科技日新月異,隨著不同通訊系統的演進及各種附加功能的增加,在外觀造型上為吸引消費者購買而追求「輕、薄、短、小」之設計。但卻可能犧牲部分塑膠或金屬外殼的厚度,而使塑膠結合結構或外殼產生損壞破裂情形。基於產品品質及使用壽命不變的設計原則,在新產品研發階段,確保塑膠結合結構之強度是一重要課題。本研究利用有限元素法與疲勞壽命理論,針對失效的行動電話進行分析模擬,並探討塑膠結合結構之應力壽命狀況,並透過模擬分析的結果對機構設計改善,以作為未來新產品設計前的經驗與參考。

Communication science and technology change with each passing day, with the gradual progress of different communication system and increase of different additional functions, there are more and more components inside of mobile phone. No matter how the function of mobile phone increases in the future, the common goal is for being ' light , thin , short , small ' by attracting consumers to buy. In order to reach the goal, we must sacrifice the thickness of some plastics or the metal on the structural design of the mobile phone sometimes. On the basis of products quality and design principle that service life does not change, no matter which kind of mobile phone must all pass various kinds of reliability test . The mobile phone must pass various kinds of strict reliability test before going on the market. Flip test is a very important test of the mobile phone. This research builds the failure modeling, and simulates the stress by ANSYS simulation.
