具有自備電源系統之大型科技廠高壓與低壓系統開關突波特性及其影響研究

本論文探討大型科技,廠內高壓及低壓供電系統之開關突波特性,其中考慮自備電源系統及市電系統,併聯運轉及獨立運轉之情形。文中首先以電磁暫態分析程式(ATP)建構電路模型(ATP模型),模型中涵蓋主變電站等效電源、低壓自備電源、高壓變壓器、避雷器、高低壓電纜線路、功因補償電容、諧波濾波器、高壓變電站地網、自備電源地網及下游地網等之參數。然後分析各種開關操作時之突波電壓及電流變化,其中開關操作程序將考慮正常操作及異常操作,而開關操作模式包括三相同步操作及三相非同步操作模式。操作類型含投入及切離兩種。經由ATP分析結果,可分別獲得供電系統及接地系統重要位置之開關突波電壓及電流。為進一步分析接地系統之電磁特性,本文再應用接地系統電磁分析軟體(CDEGS),以分析開關突波電流注入接地系統後之地電位昇、接觸電壓、步間電壓及地表電磁場分佈之概況。最後藉由上述分析結果評估其影響包括對於人員與設備之影響。本研究分析結果可供後續防範及保護措施之參考價值。

In this thesis, the switching surges characteristics of high-voltage (HV) and low voltage(LV) distribution systems in a high-tech industrial plant are studied considering both the utility supply source and backup power supply systems under parallel operation or individual operation. The model of the distribution system is first constructed based on the alternative transient program(ATP), in which the equivalent source systems of main substation, HV transformers, arresters, power cables, power factor correction capacitors, harmonic filters, HV substation grounding systems, backup power system grounding systems and down-stream grounding systems are all considered. Then, the surge voltages and currents of distribution system are analyzed by ATP simulations with respect to normal and abnormal switching procedures, synchronizing and non-synchronizing switching mode, and open and close operations. Furthermore, injected switching surge currents at various grounding points are obtained from simulation. The electromagnetic characteristics of grounding system are analyzed by a software package, namely “current distribution electromagnetic grounding and soil structures analysis” (CDEGS), to obtain the distribution of ground potential rise (GPR), touch voltage, step voltage and the electromagnetic fields (EMF) on the ground surface. Finally, the affections of switching surge characteristics of distribution system and grounding system are evaluated based on above analysis results. The study results of this thesis will contribute to plan and design the improved measures for previewing switching surge damages in a high-tech industrial plant.
