新北市國中續接班導師師生互動與學生在校行為之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解新北市國中續接班導師師生互動與學生在校行為之現況,並分析不同背景變項的新北市國中續接班導師師生互動與學生在校行為之差異情形,進而探討兩者間的相關性。 本研究方法係採用問卷調查法,藉由研究者自編之「新北市國中續接班導師師生互動與學生在校行為問卷」進行調查,以新北市國中續接班學生為研究對象,共發出957份問卷,獲取有效問卷803份,有效回收率為83.90%,透過描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法,獲致以下研究結論: 一、新北市國中續接班導師師生互動與學生在校行為皆顯著高於「中等程度」達「中高程度」。 二、新北市國中續接班導師師生互動不會因學生性別、年級、導師性別的不同而有所差異,會因導師任教科目不同而有所差異。 三、新北市國中續接班學生在校行為會因學生性別、年級、導師性別、導師任教科目不同而有所差異。 四、新北市國中續接班導師師生互動與學生在校行為之間呈現正相關。

The purposes of this research were to understand the present situation of teacher-student interactions and student’s behaviors in school of junior high school Step-Teachers in New Taipei City, discuss the differences of different background variables of theses two factors on condition and further explore the correlation between the teacher-student interactions and student’s behaviors in school of junior high school Step-Teachers in New Taipei City. The Questionnaire Method was used, along with the self-edited 「Questionnaire of Teacher-Student Interactions and Student’s Behaviors in School of Junior High School Step-Teachers in New Taipei City」 by the researcher to conduct the survey, and totally sent 957 copies of questionnaire, and 803 valid copies returned with a valid response rate of 83.9%. After carrying out the descriptive statistics, one-sample t test, independent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, the research conclusions are shown as follows : 1. The teacher-student interactions and student’s behaviors in school of junior high school Step -Teachers in New Taipei City were over upper-intermediate level. 2. Teacher-student interactions in junior high school of Step -Teachers in New Taipei City, there was no differences by student’s sex, grade, and Step -Teacher’s sex. But the subject of teaching was varied. 3. Student’s behaviors in junior high school of Step - Students in New Taipei City varied by student’s sex, grade, Step -Teacher’s sex and the subject of teaching. 4. There was positive correlation between teacher-student interactions and student’s behaviors in school of junior high school Step -Teachers. Based on the results, suggestions are provided for educational administration, teachers, and follow-up researches as a reference.
