汽車轉向機柱之產品評價研究

摘要


本論文取國內某知名廠商的轉向機柱試驗規範為案例與CNS汽車轉向柱之性能試驗法和東亞國家規範對照,由此了解廠商規範在CNS標準基礎上設計,故案例廠商在規範上比CNS標準較為嚴苛。並取吾人產學合作廠商其中14個試驗為例看評價結果,分別為中間軸收縮荷重、斜桿操作力、十字軸軸承脫拔力、CAP拉開脫拔力、鉚釘拉開脫拔力、前軸承拉開脫拔力、軸承拉開脫拔力、萬向接頭作動角度、傾斜機構部作動、傾斜保持力、傾斜彈簧保持力、斜桿強度、斜桿剛性、鎖付扭力,評價結果皆通過試驗,其評價結果顯示吾人產學合作廠商的製造能力符合要求,製造的產品安全且可信任,案例廠商的規範適應性較大,可在溫帶地區、熱帶氣候區與亞熱帶氣候區使用,表示廠商以中低緯度國家為主要市場,透過專利評價與規範對照表,得知未來產品的發展趨勢,發現CNS規範上的不足。未來可對其中泥水試驗與臭氧試驗,提供未來之研究,可達更好之根據。

This paper take domestic manufacturers steering column test specifications for the case with CNS car steering performance test method and the East Asian countries specification controls, Thus understand the CNS vendors specification based on the standard design, so the case manufacturers in the specification standard is more stringent than the CNS and take the IIndustry Cooperation vendors to see an example of which 14 test evaluation results. Contraction were intermediate shaft load,Sway Rod operating force,cross shaft bearings Pull off force,CAP pull force,Rivet pull force,Front bearing pull force,Opened the rear bearing force,Universal joint actuation angle,The tilt actuating mechanism,Tilt retention,,The tilt spring holding force,Sway Rod Intensity,Sway Rod Rigidity,Lock pay torque,evaluation results have passed the test,The results show Industry Cooperation vendors manufacturing capability to meet the requirements,Greater adaptability manufacturers specification, in temperate regions, tropical and subtropical regions region,Represents vendor low latitude countries as the main market.
