摘要


產品型態變更已是產品延長生命週期及增加競爭力的重要條件之一。如何在產品有變更需求時快速而有效評選出合理的變更方案,一直是個廣泛受到討論的議題。不過,以往的研究時常忽略零組件供應商對產品方案的影響,導致最終產品的失敗。所以本研究將以單一產品多變更方案評估結合零組件供應商評選及數量分配為主題,且配合不同的數量折扣策略,建置一個數學模式。並以粒子群演算法來求解問題,期能改善一般產品方案評估的盲點,使產品更具市場價值。在導入的驗證案例中,也證明PSO能夠有效求解問題,找出合理的答案供決策者參考。

Product change is one of the most important conditions for extending the lifecycle of products and improving the competitiveness, and it is a wide-ranging issue of how to select a feasible change package. However, previous research has shown that the final products often lost ground due to underestimation of the influence of suppliers on the product package. For this reason, this paper establishes a mathematical model by focusing on the evaluation of single product change packages, selection of suppliers and allocation of quantity as well as quantity discount policies. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) was also used to solve the problem and overcome the “blind spots” of common package evaluation, while the illustrative examples prove that PSO may provide feasible reference for the decision-makers.
