本文是針對一般噴墨印表機之結構,探討結構配置之合理性,並以Solidworks 3D繪圖軟體實物測繪建構印表機結構之CAD模型,再以有限元素軟體ANSYS分析其動態特性,包括自然頻率(Nature Frequency)、振型(Mode Shapes)及列印動作時所有可能之動態響應如頻率響應(Frequency Response)、時間位移之響應,並由其動態分析結果了解結構之結構特性,以輕量化、結構強化、減少列印產生之振幅為設計考量,對於印表機之結構作改良設計,並加以探討改良前、後結構的振幅(Amplitude)、共振(Resonance)頻率及響應頻率,比較是否有改善列印品質、避免共振現象及結構強化之目標。
This paper is aimed at the general inkjet printer structures and the structure of the allocation of reasonable. Using 3D graphics software SolidWorks construct printer structure CAD model, then using the finite element software ANSYS analysis its dynamic characteristics including natural frequency, mode shapes and print all the possible actions at the dynamic response such as frequency response, the time-displacement response, and its dynamic structural analysis to understand the structure characteristics, lightweight, structural strengthening, reducing the amplitude arising from the printing of the design considerations. Find solutions to improved structure of printer, and discussion improvement before and after the structure of the amplitude, resonance frequency and frequency response. Comparison whether improvements print quality and avoid resonance phenomenon, and the goal to strengthen the structure.
