混凝土粗骨材用碎石與卵石做各種拉力強度之比較試驗與研究

摘要


混凝土是世界上使用最多且最廣泛的土木營建材料,因為混凝土具有優異的抗壓能力及其他優點,但是混凝土屬於脆性材料,因此抗拉強度低,其抗拉強度約只有抗壓強度的1/10,為了改善混凝土的拉力強度,通常會在混凝土中安置鋼筋,以增加混凝土的拉力強度。其他的結構物如高速公路、機場跑道等都是以抗彎強度為基礎進行設計的,而這必然會涉及到抗拉強度。以及近年來,台灣和大陸兩岸之間互動交流頻繁,為了解兩岸的試驗方法差異,因此將針對混凝土的粗骨材種類進行各種拉力強度試驗,比較試驗結果促進兩岸學術交流做為此次研究之目的。 研究方法為將不同種類粗骨材碎石與卵石做為混凝土粗骨材分別在175kgf/cm2、210kgf/cm2、280kgf/cm2三種設計強度下製成四種幾何形狀混凝土試體,每ㄧ種試驗及設計強度分別製作3個試體,總共配置有108個試體,並針對其試體進行直接拉伸、劈裂、抗彎及抗壓強度試驗與比較,以研究各國混凝土抗拉強度試驗法結果之差異,粗骨材種類之不同對混凝土抗拉強度之影響研究結果可做為結構混凝土設計及日後相關研究者之參考。 試驗結果與我國規範及中國規範比較後,發現中國規範的試驗方法種類繁多,我國規範未來可參考中國規範的其他試驗方法,以增加我國規範的多樣性及精準度。

The concrete is in the world uses most also most widespread construction builds the material, because the concrete has the outstanding resistant to compression ability and other merits, but the concrete belongs to the brittle material, therefore the tensile strength is low, its tensile strength approximately only has the compressive strength 1,/10, in order to improve the tensile strength of the concrete, usually can place the reinforce in the concrete,increases the tensile strength of the concrete. Other structure of the highways, the runway and so on all are carries on the design take the bending strength as the foundation, but this inevitably can involve the tensile strength. As well as the recent years, Taiwan and between China both banks interacted the exchange to be frequent, for understood both banks the testing method difference, therefore will aim at concrete coarse aggregate type to carry on each kind of tensile strength test, the comparison test result promoted the both banks academic exchange to do goal for the this research. The research technique for makes the different type coarse aggregate gravel and the cobble for the concrete coarse aggregate separately in 175kgf/cm2, 210kgf/cm2, under the 280kgf/cm2 three kind of designs strength makes four geometries shapes concrete specimens, each kind of test and the design strength separately manufacture 3 specimens, altogether disposes some 108 specimens, and aims at it to specimens carry on the direct tensile stretch, split, bending and the compressive strength test and compares, studies difference of the various concrete tensile strength testing method result, the coarse aggregate type differently might do to influence findings the concrete tensile strength for the design of concrete structures and is connected in the future reference the researcher. After the test result and our country standard and the China standard comparison, discovered the China standard the testing method type is many, our country standard future might refer to the China standard other testing methods, will increase our country standard the multiplicity and fine.
