汽車車身製造品質改善方法之研究

摘要


因消費者對汽車產品的外觀及品質要求愈來愈高,各家汽車廠對於車身精度的要求更顯得斤斤計較,一個新車型的生命週期愈來愈短,每個新車型的開發時程便會受到壓縮,所以如何在有限的時間內,開發出高品質的汽車車身則是幾乎每家汽車廠所面臨的課題。本研究的目的主要是在探討車身的品質改善方法,首先描述汽車車身的製造流程,並以逆向工程為手段加以驗證,其次說明熔接焊點品質的管控,用高張力鋼板為實驗對象,透過參數變因的控制,訂定出阻抗值熔接條件的設定,進而提高焊點品質,達到增加車身剛性的目的,再以超音波檢測來判定焊點狀況,另外用三次元量測判定車身骨架精度,一切都在誤差範圍內後,透過實車碰撞測試作最後品質與剛性的確認,讓消費者的安全得到保障,進而提升商品的競爭力。

The consumers ask automotive products look and quality requirements higher and higher, so the automakers tend to be more important for the quality requirements of body precision. A new model of the life cycle becomes shorter, each new model development time will be limited. In the available time, the development of high-quality car body is almost an important issue in every automobile plant. The purpose of this research is to investigate the ways to improve the quality of body in white. First, description of the car body manufacturing process, and validated as a means of reverse engineering. To secure the quality of the high strength steel sheets’ spot welding, it is important to know the interaction between the high strength steel sheets and spot welding. And set out the conditions set welding impedance values, to improve the quality of spot weld and increase body rigidity. It is important to study the related skills of welding which is to decrease the failed spot and increase the qualification rate by improving the quality management and ultrasonic wave detection. Make a final inspection by the quality and rigid vehicle crash tests, so that consumer safety is guaranteed.
