研究發現脂泌素的含量與體脂肪含量有關,尤其與內臟脂肪含量有關。本研究計畫的目的在於探討減重計畫前、後及追蹤一年後之體組成、血液生化值與脂泌素的相關性,以及探討脂泌素的變化量與體重減輕和復胖之關連。將70位參與實驗之受試者分成兩組,實驗組每日以優格代餐取代兩餐,對照組以一般飲食控制,兩組每日總熱量的攝取皆控制在1200大卡,實驗為期6週,在實驗第0、2、4、6週及實驗結束後1年,分別測量體位分析、血液生化值檢測、及飲食評估。結果發現6週後,實驗組之體重、身體質量指數、體脂率、腰臀比皆有顯著地降低(p<0.05),且與對照組比較亦有顯著的降低(p<0.05)。在血液生化值方面,實驗組減重後之血清總膽固醇、三酸甘油酯濃度及肝功能指數都有顯著地下降(p<0.05)。在實驗期間,個案無任何不良副作用發生。減重計畫一年後受試者血清總膽固醇、三酸甘油酯濃度及肝功能指數都較減重後上升。減重前、後、及一年後之脂泌素無明顯變化,基礎脂泌素含量與體重、身體質量指數、體脂率、體脂重、及腰臀比變化成正相關。基礎脂泌素可以做為體重減輕的預測因子,減重前、後及一年後,脂泌素變化與減重成效或復胖間無相關性,減重後脂泌素濃度與復胖亦無相關性。
Many studies have shown that adiponectin level had a correlation with body fat percentage especially with the amount of visceral adipose tissue. The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of adiponectin level on effectiveness of weigh loss and weight regain. Seventy subjects were divided into two groups including yogurt meal group and traditional low calorie diet group. Yogurt Commercial meal was used to replace two meals, and total energy intake was 1200 kcal/day for 6 weeks. Traditional diet group had the same total calorie and percentage of three major nutrients content. The average weight loss in yogurt meal group was 0.9 kg/week(p<0.05) which had more significant decreasing than in traditional group. After 6 weeks, serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-C, GOT, and GPT concentrations had significantly decreased (p < 0.05) in yogurt group. After one year follow-up, we found that baseline adiponectin level had significantly positive correlation on the change of weight loss (p < 0.05). The baseline and the 6th week adiponectin had no correlation on weight regain.
