員工健康促進減重班成效探討─ 以北部地區某市立區域教學醫院為例

摘要


一個在醫院工作的健康員工,可能直接影響到醫院的一個外在健康形象,一個身體健康的員工,會營造一個愉快的工作環境,並創造出良好的經營績效。 本研究主要目的在了解,藉由醫院辦理之員工健康減重班,運用建康減重不同的課程與紀錄方式,評估在健康減重的執行過程中的效益分析。在醫院現職員工中,對體位數值24≦BMI以立意取樣方式,邀集30位願意參與8週減重班的人員,同一時間也以立意取樣另30位員工樣本,不做任何介入,對照兩組的前後測生理指標進行比較、統計與分析。 減重介入執行計畫評估方法,主要分成飲食與運動紀錄表,並以身高、體重、腰圍及血壓測量值作為評估指標。研究結果顯示減重班計畫之介入,短期內對參予人員確有部分的效果,但介入執行過程對醫院員工已經造成潛在的正面影響,希望能藉由此評估之結果,對醫院員工減重班在後續推展及各項健康活動安排上提出改善的參考。

A healthy employee who works at the hospital probably directly influences to an outside healthy image of hospital, the related research shows:An employee of healthy body will construct a pleased work environment, and create the good management results.This research main purpose is understanding, carry out by the hospital of the employee lose weight healthily class, make use of to set up the Kang to lose weight different curriculum and record method, valuation lose weight in health of efficiency analysis in the performance process. In the employee from present post in hospital, to body number 24 ≦ BMIs take a sample with the purpose way, invite 30 personnels who would like to participate in to lose weight for 8 weeks a class, Also take a sample with the purpose another 30 employee's samples don't do any index sign that get involved, check against 2 sets to measure the physiology before or after to carry on comparison, statistics and analysis for same times.Lose weight to carry out a project with the healthy lecture, food control and periodically exercise 3 kinds of methods to begin。 The results showed that weight loss classes of intervention, does have some effect in the short term, but the intervention process, the hospital staff has caused the positive benefits the intervention programs potentially change the attitude of the staff of life and healthy weight loss cognitive, hopes the results of the assessment weight loss programs, staff in the hospital follow-up arrangements for the implementation of the various health activities to improve reference.
